I like how Punisher never kills Daredevil whenever they fight, because he knows Daredevil's the good guy but doesn't agree with way he operates, even when he puts a bullet through DD he sometimes goes for his non vital areas.

I don't get it, the way Daredevil deals with crime is using justice, as for the Punisher, he uses vengeance. Whats wrong with vengeance? I mean, for justice, the bad guys are sent to jail, and then they escape, as for vengeance, anyone committing crime dies and there's no one left. I think I'm getting it, heroes use justice because even if the villains escape, they can just beat them up again. its like they enjoy the fights and if vengeance is used, there will be no one to fight and then they will ask themselves: Isn't there anyone left?
