I'm so inspired by your videos that I've just got myself a Cube Sting (51yr old female). Can't wait to try it out on my local trails (FoD). Thanks for inspiring me! :-)
Glad you enjoyed my local can't belive you went clay pigeon shoot half a mile from my house give me shout next your down il show you some off piste stuff 😁👍
Good vid and edit, I live locally so know the place well, so I thought a good representation of the main features, the last bit in the car park is definitely the best part of the track. The trail is pronounced closer to turk "TOORK".
45 mins of climbing to begin with is pretty rough - seems well worth it for the downhill though! Your videos always do a really good job of convincing me to go and visit some of these trails haha!
You should try some off piste areas in South Wales like smilog woods and Barry slidings. They are some of my favourite places to ride definitely worth a visit
@@bikeandbeyond No worries bud. I spent years mispronouncing it, lol! Make a point of asking now how to pronounce it correctly wherever I go in Wales. 👍

That sounds awesome dude. I love a bit of off piste!
Yeah nice to see ppl ride our local trails. Seen sam pigrim up here a while ago
As soon as I saw it I knew you'd regret that scotch egg!
Haha wayyyyyy to heavy to have before a big climb 😂🤣😂
@@bikeandbeyond Definitely.
My local bakery does black pudding scotch eggs. Those things are dangerous!
Yep top knoch trail center that! Great review mate!
Cheers pal. Yeah it’s a great place to ride

Awesome thanks, my pronunciations definitely need some work 🤣. I need to go back and ride more trails there
Looks sick will definitely be trying this one

45 minutes of climbing for me and my lockdown belly = 20 minutes for everyone else 😂
The climb is utter shit ngl. There are many hidden trails in cwmcarn and the climb to them suck

Yeah I need to explore the area a lot more. Can’t wait.
Nice one man! Been looking forward to this vid, I'm working up to this trail this summer :)
Cheers dude. There are a few trails up there to try. Definitely worth a visit.
Yep that's on my list
Some super fast sections on there. I want to go back and scope out the downhill sections!
Superb trails and a great trail centre that does amazing cake. FYI, Twrch is pronounced Took. 😉
Haha I knew I would be way off with my pronunciation 😂. Cheers dude!

Looks like a super trail. Was that bad Hutch at the end?
Yeah you know it. He grew a beard as a disguise. Not fooling anyone!
❤️
what is the name of the trail head when I search it on google maps? thank you!!!
Try cwmcarn trail centre or ps cycles. That should take you to the carpark.
@@bikeandbeyond thank you!!
Have you ever considered trying E bikes?
Would love to. But with two bikes already (and a road bike for commuting) I am running out of space 🤣
