The Sog Dog is an ancient and delicious hot dog tradition, passed down from generation to generation. I used to like to eat hot dog buns all by themselves. And bread "heels" (known in the bakery as end pieces).

I love how empty and clean his fridge is, but meanwhile he’s standing on amazon boxes and who knows what else. His cabinets seem to have a strange lack of items, and yet, there are random things everywhere. I have no idea what is happening in this video.

Not only that, but everything seems, more or less, clean. The floor _between_ the boxes and miscellaneous items seems spotless. It reminds me of when a good artist tries to draw a "child's art," but its sense of proportion, and the clean lines, are too good to have come from a kid.
It's almost like he's portraying his house as cluttered and messy, but it's a facade.

That's what I do.
I thought he was going to steam the buns. That's how they make all the hotdogs at my favorite local place. While the dogs are boiling they place a pack of buns over the hot steam.

Also Matthew, you see - I know a great actor when I study one. I have worked in theater and written dramas. I have put acting teams together. So from experience of a decade or more, I do suspect Peter was born a smart actor that wants to please his fans and himself at the same time. IT would be a win\win performance for both parties. And I can just imagine doing the same sort of performance! And laughing my ass off inside while controlling my outter expressions during a theater scene. Entertaining and informative. I think your greatest strength is sharing the different methods for proper soggification. And the detail you give in describing the process, the flavor and sensation, are all top notch. I really don't have anything bad to say. Even your adventurous GoPro angles are fantastic. It really helps those of us without hot dogs to still enjoy some of the experience.

I thought I coined the term "sog dog" a couple years ago but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one out there enjoying them. My recipe is a little different, mine is when u take a sub in your backpack kayaking and your backpack gets soaking wet, wetting the sandwich as well and turning into a delicious and nutritious sog dog ready to enjoy for lunch. U should try sometime!
