Cape Horn 17! Walk through. [Buoy Bomber]

I had the same boat, 2004 model with a Suzuki DF140A. Sold the CH 17OS CC three years ago and bought a new Sailfish 220CC

Cape Horn makes a strong boat. I am enjoying mine that's for sure. I do wish it was bigger when its sporty out there, but it does the job for now. Thanks for the comment!!

I'm getting a 2012 16' cape horn similar to yours but there isn't a bait well. I'm thinking of buying a portable and hooking the wash down hose to it.

Your boat is nice. I don't have a trolling motor or fish finder. So it's bare bones, but I like the way it looks and they are suppose to be tough boats.

A 17 foot OFFSHORE Boat ? Yeah right ! Come on Bummer that's only a SMALL Bay Boat , safety first !! You better hope you are close to Gilligan's Island if you tempt fate . At least do it ALONE leave your family on shore !

The only boat you know about is a 1648 that leaks. Stick to the river i got the Gulf under control.

We used to take a 17ft cape horn 30 miles off shore in the late 90's. Just gotta have the right weather..
