Hello 👋 oh wow, what a beautiful and calming garden, it is so lovely seeing the actual plants and flowers 💐 😊 and so interesting too and thank you for sharing xx
This was delightful. If you're ever in Edinburgh 2 beautiful places to visit are Saughton Park and The Secret Herb Garden (which is on the outskirts of the city.) Thank you for another inspiring video. Best wishes.
Just watching and seeing all those plants made me feel good, the turmeric flower reminds me of the eucomis which have flowers coming from the centre. Truly beautiful place xx
We have included ashwagandha in our most recent article on adaptogens, which you may find helpful! lizearlewellbeing.com/healthy-food/healthy-ingredients/adaptogens/
How interesting Liz. I would love to have just a tiny piece of garden like that in the East end of Ldn. I have always had my bay, rosemary and sage but it's hit and miss if it stays alive 🤔
Great way to start a new week, many thanks xxx
Thanks so much for this beautiful little tour of this stunning physic garden.x

Feverfew. You can buy it in tablet form, or make a tea from the plant’s bitter tasting leaves.
