    If anybody is intrigued by the floorball that is shown on the video, I can elaborate on how to use it. It is a regular light ball with holes in it and you should make it heavier by filling it with paper, or by stuffing it with a sock. So, you must use a screwdriver and shove for instance a liberal amount of paper inside the ball in order to make it more suitable for off-ice training. I play on a second highest level of floorball in Finland and this heavyball-tactic is generally utilized by floorball players and off-ice hockey players. Stickhandling drills with a tennis ball or with a golf ball are also used from time to time.

    Haha! I think right now for me, any position is sub-optimal for shooting the puck. (I've only had about 4 weeks on the ice at twice a week and I'm just learning.)

    I don’t think that it’s something new. Sean Skinner makes same exercise on the ice with markered lines. Stand on one foot on two pucks... may be, but all that was in some times ago from different coaches

    Is that a regular whiffle ball or is it the same weight as a puck?

    • @Hampusbob
      @Hampusbob 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pete Van Slooten that’s a floorball but you can also use a wiffle ball you put the weigh by using a pen and pressing plastic bags into it it’s a Swedish thing!

      Ok, I get it. You need to download the Winnerhead app, create an account, then go through the 360hockeyskills.com site and press where it says “press here to download the game” select a training program, put the code in the next page, and put a CC so you get one month free.
