Honestly, I think a heel Hangman could have a really good arc, almost as good as when he won the title the first time. You have that anxiety and those demons come back, but instead of making him this reclusive drunk, they make him into this insecure monster, who just can't cope with the fact that he had that moment on top, and lost it, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get back to it again, and it brings out the absolute worst in him. It would be cool because it's like Swerves character brought him to that dark place, and now he keeps sinking into the depths
