Fiddlerman - Bravisimo! Thank you for playing the "Godfather Theme." There's nothing quite like the violin to bring out the essence of this tune. When you added feeling, phrasing, vibrato and all that good stuff, it sounded as though there were more than one violin playing -- amazing! 🎻
I'v been playing the Violine for about three months, because I determined to play it😌 I have been lately subscribing to your channel after I saw you playing the swan lake beautifully. I had downloaded the music sheet from your website and started to play it, of course I watched your video many times until I could play it 😒 I just want to thank you for teaching us🎻
Probably, the best violin piece I have ever listen in your channel. Actually, I'm a guitar player but I'm here for inspiration and it's all music at the end.
Hello @fiddlerman.com I just purchased my 1st violin with you guys for my birthday, the Artist outfit. Also thank you so much for a tune a week, I'm enjoying all your videos and sheet music. Thank you so much for the free sheet music. Maria
@@1stfiddlerman Yes im working everdy day, as a beginner it is difficult to find the right notes. Thank you so much for your videos. Greetings from Germany
@@Sinaniko Well, good luck. Sign up for my forum. Fiddlerman.com/forum.... Lot's of great beginners and like minded learners to discuss leaning to play with. :)
Please can you do a video on how to learn songs without sheet music. I've been trying to figure out a song for years and just cannot get it. Even with sheet music.
Fiddlerman The piece is called Ole Guapa (Andre Rieu Version). But the version I'm trying to is an orchestrated piece. I'm trying to learn the violin part in the video. From the pizzicato part through to the waltz part. I have that bit down well least the rythm it's just that start of it that I don't have.
This particular one is very slow so I think it's great for perfectioning bow motion. I use this to practice for a clean, steady sound, with slow bow. (I get squeaking with slow bows) Also, the long notes can be used to practice a controlled vibrato: rather than shaking my hand randomly, I try to get a vibrato that accelerates or decelerates, does't matter. The thing is to make oneself completely conscious and in control of the movement. There are plenty of études for these... but the godfather is quite more relatable. Thank you. This is a great collection of tunes and general knowledge about the violin.
Hi fiddlerman hope u well. I am new to violin and the last part on the g string I cant understand the notes. For example the first note looks to me like D But is it on g string?/2nd finger? Could u recommend me a book to learn the notes properly? / By the way you doibg good work.. Keep up and stay healthy
Thanks. I would recommend Essential Elements to begin with and just take it one note at a time, from one book to another. Good luck. Join my forum if you have time. Fiddlerman.com/forum Cheers!
Fiddlerman I found the available scores, once again congratulations, I do not subscribe to any channel, however, for the partiras and rest of the content I will sign up for yours to taste before I even see, sorry for bad english
I'll add it to my list. I am not sure it will suit the people trying to learn to play from these videos. I try to find interesting but not too difficult pieces for this. I'll consider it for sure. Thanks for the suggestion.
Ha, I made a score for a quintet of this tune.! Edit: Never mind, mind it for the Love Song. Its frequently called the Godfather theme for the popularity.
I would love to buy a good violin. My budget is $500 - $700 I want something of quality (of course not the best) If you have a nice violin in this price range that works well for you, let me know. And let me know what to look for when buying :) Thanks!
Check out the Fiddlerman Artist Violin. We may even have a B-Stock one to help you save a bit. Sometimes the slight damages on the B-stock violins are more imperfections/character. :)
You like that. LOL, thanks for watching. Once I made a video called "Playing up on the G-string" and it was getting way more views than the other videos and I didn't understand it at first.

Always reminds me of the beginning of Sibelius' first symphony.

If I have had these kind of lessons as homework from music school back when i was a kid, I may have turned out a much better student.
How are they working out for you?

Can you recommend me a good type for violin but not too much expensive??
Yes, it would be my pleasure, but first please define not too expensive for me. I don't want to be way off.
Fiddlerman, how do you do? is that on chord of D miner?
I'm doing very well. :) That's a great question. D Harmonic Minor with a lot of E flats. 😁
@@1stfiddlerman thanks a lot, and you are our best maestro of violin classes. thanks again.
@@坤榮-e8h It's my pleasure.
Great woanderfull forma México
Glad that you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
Thank you:))
You are welcome!!!
What is your chinrest?
I usually use whatever is already on the violin. Most violins are set up with Guarneri chin-rests. Personally on my violin I use the Stuber chin-rest.
thanks :)

This makes me want to go back to bow my violin......
Yessssss. Do it!
Need a lil more rosin
Why?
Fiddlerman idk it sounded a little scratchy but that's just me deaf ear
Wow im late by 54 Mins! 😑
Then you are very early. :)
Love how ive been playing for 4 years and still suck
Suck is relative. One persons version of suck can be another persons satisfaction. What if you could hear yourself 4 years ago, or even 3, 2 or 1?
