I will NEVER understand hateful comments on people who are sharing their journeys. You have done amazing work, and it shows! Remember for every hater there’s so many more people you’re helping ❤👖❤👖❤️
Imagine how miserable they have to be to take the time out of their day to leave a negative comment. That’s a dark & grim place to be. Keep doing your thing ❤
Congratulations on another fab week 🎉 I'm 100% with you on work we're all putting in on this weightloss journey - I've pretty much done a 180 (almost ) when it comes to diet and exercise...my body is in such a better place than it was 16 weeks ago. But don't forget, some people simply don't want to be educated, they're just happy throwing out negative comments #SadTimes ❤
👖 I was a size 24/26 when I started too and the last time I went shopping I grabbed an 18 and girl they were to big!! I'm down to a 16 and it's absolutely shocking! Thanks for the videos, they're so inspiring and encouraging ❤❤
Congrats. 🎉 People are ignorant. They don't understand, nor do they want to. Keep doing you and congrats on the success so far! Sidenote: that 2x is looking loose, I bet a 1x would fit just fine 😉 Have a great week!
👖 love that you show HEB products 😂 I instantly know we are in the same state. 😅 keep up all the hard work, and I hope you find a work around the compound issues.
TT is filled with haters. In fact I believe all shorts harbor more negativity than any long ever will. Dude I always feel like the workers think the same thing about me walking into any store even though I’m not shopping for me. The anxiety is real. Congratulations on the NSV in clothes! Yay. 🎉 I agree people don’t understand there is no “weight loss” aspect to the drug itself, instead it helps shut the food noise out, reduce cravings and appetite, it reduces glucose both through insulin secretion and glucose effectiveness and all of those things in turn help us to lose weight. In my opinion that is magic but it is still up to us to not out eat the “magic”. Which is still possible. A NSV this week I was able to get the back of my crocs up and over the back of my ankle hey! 😂 👖👖
@@DelilaRodriguez Thank u!!☺️ And YES exactly we still 100% have to put in the work and change our lifestyles to lose the weight and especially if we want to keep it off! And congrats on the Crocs!! 👏🏼🎉It's crazy how feet can shrink with weight loss lol
👖 🎉 congrats ur killing it and the fat bias will never end. Lose weight they say…. Oh but not that way… its the ignorance for me. Most who have never struggled dont care to educate themselves because they dont care and dont see a point to cause to them its not a metabolic disease its that we lack self discipline and we are all lazy 🙄🙄 blah blah… Also many who are obese and do struggle to lose are against the meds because they just dont know what glp medications are and what they do. I hate the “natural weightloss” statement. Like if it was so easy for all of us pcos girls to lose it all without a tool then none of us would struggle for years and years. I lost 160 “naturally” before a glp med white knuckling it. Got stuck For 8 years I bounced the same 50-60lbs up and down. When I got on MJ almost 2 years ago I was able to lose the 60lbs I gained back plus another 100, total loss 260. The medication puts us on a level playing field by correcting our metabolic dysfunction and insulin resistance which is what our bodies needed. Weight loss isnt as easy as a math equation for all. Many take these meds and dont lose, so to say you just lost weight cause you’re taking a shot is so ignorant. Anyway Im rambling… you can take a horse to water and you know the rest lol 🐎 💦
YESSSS!! I 100% agree the ignorance of some people is just blinding 😭 At the end of the day you can take all the drugs in the world and it won't make you lose weight unless you actually put in the effort and work to make it happen, and then keeping it off is a whole other beast. Congrats on the 260lbs that is absolutely AMAZING!!!🎉👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I know what you mean tho about white knuckling it, I had lost 80lbs "naturally" before and then gained allll of it back and then some, this time around with the tirzepatide I feel like I actually have a fighting chance 💗
I think jealousy is the root of negativity...keep up the positive work and know you are fantastic!
