I stayed there over Christmas. Eve thogh rooms renovated parts seemed old. I didn't like the curtains they just do not go with the decor the mirror above desk area gold trim and some design on the mirror is plastic. Seem like some things done very cheap. Dont like the wall paper in bathroom very cheap looking and nothing fancy with tiles. Its a basic standard room. View was nice, beds comfortable and room is large. Basically it feels like your staying at Horseshoe does not feel its part of Paris as to get to Paris you have to go threw Horseshoe and its a good distance walk. Didnt mind as I like the Horseshoe casino and you are close to everything. There is a bridge to be built to connect to Paris not sure why they didn't do this before making the tower into Paris. Had problem day leaving after using safe for 5 days the safe wouldn't open when we tried to check out and our passport etc was in there. It was not handled professional This was urgent as we had to get to airport. First call downstairs the front desk said sorry its not our problem (for real) said she called the airport for us. As if even if we got on plane how we to get into Canada when we land in Toronto with no passports. We were told no maintenance on duty. Really a packed hotel and no maintenance. Finally after 2 hours and 3 times front desk gave wrong room number security finally open. This could of happen any hotel but this is to show you staff is not proper trained or know how deal with certain situation. The last few hours not knowing we get on plane was stressful and kinda ruined the hole trip at the moment. I even had to go down to front desk then they sent me to Paris before I was able to get help from security so if you have a problem don't wait around as in our case it took hours no call from manager etc we had to go out of our room and do all the run around. So not happy with Ceasers at the moment they need to do better. Next trip in April will stay at a MGM property.

they wouldn't have liked mine, at all , then. No coffee maker. No microwave. No table to eat on. No chairs to sit on around the missing table. No view, at all. Nothing to do in the Resort except eat at expensive restaurants. No mid-priced restaurants. Guests don't even get one free ride up an elevator to the Eiffel tower!!! They do nothing for you for being a guest.

I stayed there aside from being in the horse shoe. I liked it better than the regular paris. I just didn't like walking through the horseshoe

I would rate is lower since there is no fridge and no coffee maker. Very annoying there is no soap holder.
Nicest Ballys room I have seen!! So do you check in at Horseshoe?
They should of made the windows bigger would of made the room look 2x better

Nothing special about the room besides being new. I like the original rooms more.
