    if you want to know diffirence between velvet and v60 in audio... you have to use above 50ohms impedence headphone... thats the only way to know the real truth.

    • @karunkumar9502

      @KR 5aM1aM because i was using lg g7 thinq.....with normal earphones my previous samsung s7 edge and g7 thinq sounds similarly ...i didnt notice any diffirence. Then i bought soundmagic e80c earphones (54ohms) . Then i was literally surprized. That day i really convinced ..... quad dac is a magical thing. loud and crystal clear detailing wide soundstage.... silky treble... what not.... so plz use high impedence to get full juice out of it.... sorry for the bad english....

    • @nickthaskater
      @nickthaskater 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not really true. A set of planars will have a relatively low impedance but a low sensitivity. This is why I hated not having manual control of the amp/DAC in my V20, as it wouldn't trigger the 50ohm limit to kick the amp into high gear. Planars *need* power.

    Just an advice for people not into tech , if your phone lags while scrolling or day to day task it doesn't mean that your phone's SoC is bad it maybe just the skin of the company.
    cause I'm using the pixel 3a and it just has an sd 670 and it is smooth af so in this case it's just the skin of the lg . cause 765g is a very good chip overall

    • @tahnae99
      @tahnae99 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      They could probably improve the cameras with some better algorithms, but slow charging is sadly a hardware issue. The software feels quite polished actually, but I dont like their launcher so use Microsoft Launcher. Its nice having a phone that still has its own gallery and music app without just using google photos, esp when they include other google features like live caption. It feels like a nice balance with some thoughtful features included and possibly some design cues taken from Samsung like the quick settings thing on the second swipe filling from the bottom of the page for reachability. I really like how LG are still trying to innovate and push features that people might not think are useful like the second screen but especially the wacom pen support. I bought this phone bc I already had a Bamboo pen and that won me over from the competition and its such a nice feature at this price and works great in OneNote and for annotating PDFs bc the screen is so tall. So I think they're trying but are also definitely ignoring some of the common complaints people have about their software.

      They are removing day by day important thing , from Android 7 you can't disable your system app in some phone , from Android 8 you can't access to your SYSTEM FILES from Android 11 you can't open Data/OBB folder) , you can't copy paste files, (apparantly I am making it with bug my phone had in unstable version and it worked)
      I tell you less updates = more stable phone , more battery backup, less blootware etc ..
      I tell you ever since my old phone had downgrade it works like champ and in my new pixel THEY SUCKS ..
      They removed 5G support from Android 12 saying IT HAd security problems Removed FACe identity ( face lock ) , Wlan calling ...
      (Now you need to enable it manually by unlocking your phone Through TWRP recovery)

    The camera's are amazing. Please watch TheUnlockr's review of velvet Camera and battery test video. The stutter will go with software updates and a Gcam app will improve the camera performance drastically. Rest everything is great so I'm convinced to buy this phone at any cost. No phone is perfect. Great review by the way. Amazing shots and backdrop with precise and concise content.

Just a great camera and tonnes of limitations. less storage, No USB C, Dirty huge notch, expensive servicing, bad charging cables, No customization and so much more bro. I'm buying this LG for dual screen, stylus, curved screen, headphone jack, fresh look, New Lg UI and Voice bokeh with 4 freakin mics and best manual camera mode with great video stabilization.

    6:22 You began the Velvet's intro on a positive note, but I'd like to address the part where you mentioned that the cameras are bad. The cameras are quite impressive. While they might not be the absolute best, they certainly qualify as good. Numerous reviews have highlighted this fact, comparing the Velvet's camera performance side by side with other flagship phones. The Velvet can hold its own and perform on par with these competitors.

How would this phone stack up to the Iphone 7? If it's better, I'd frankly prefer to sell the iPhone and get this one. The iPHone sucks, overheats when talking on it, has a sensitive display that opens other apps while I'm on the phone (like dialing the person I'm talking to on Facebook?). Just got one Feb. 2021. Had 3 updates first day. Not seeing lag. I prefer buttons to gestures so I can't speak to that. Screen looks great. The camera is fine for what most people use it for. I still use dedicated cameras for photography. Mines the T-Mobile version so it has MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000 instead of the Snapdragon 765G. Currently you can get the Velvet for less than 300 bucks if you agree to passing it off over 2 years. I've been with TM for years so 2 more is no big deal. That let me get the 2nd screen for less than the retail price of just the phone. The phone weighs 11oz with the 2nd screen and case. I like both the extra screen/case.
    The phone is very slick so even without the 2nd screen you need a case. I dropped mine from 4 feet onto a wood floor in the first 10 minutes. It didn't break so it's fairly tough.
