Hello. Most companies will send invoiced few times a week. Some would even send them every day. No way they are not sending the invoices the minute they get the POD from you :)
OMG this is great I have a software program and it does have invoice to send over to the Carriers and OP but unfortunately do not have one for dispatcher. Can I used this to send invoice to OP and Carriers so they could pay me by % and also can I enter all invoice for week for each RC they have done and send them the invoice of what I need to get pay? my OP have factory so I don't have to worry create it invoice unless the Broker that they working with do not work with Factory.
So if I have my own trucking company and it’s just me and I don’t want the factory company taking a cut i just upload the bol and send invoice to carrier but after that do they send me a check to my business address are account
Another great video folks!!! Im aware of the Broker’s info being put on the invoice, but as a Dispatcher, would I put my Company name and info anywhere on the invoice or the Carrier’s name and info?

Should I change my name to something else if I want to dispatch 18 wheelers as well? Will semi carriers not take me serious because I have box trucking in my business name ? Your advice is greatly appreciated bro.
Hello, it's all about how you personally feel. I personally would not start a new company mainly because of tax purposes and the age of company. It's better for business if your company is older as opposed to a brand new entity. If you could just change the name of the company or apply for DBA in you state, that could work too.

I do not know of such a load board. I know Sylectus does them but they are very expensive and hard to get into. You select SB as equipment on DAT board and type in the length of the truck.

For your TMS how do you manage your Owner Operators gross/revenue if you can you make a video on that..
