You need to be on the voting register “ again proof of citizenship is required “ you go to vote and your name is struck off the register. Meaning one person one vote. According to Google only half the states require a paper trail and officials need to choose to save. 2016 failed to be able to do a recount in Pennsylvania when Hilary requested because there was no paper trail. If we start requiring saved print outs in all states that would work for me.
