It is noticeably worse with every appt. The hospitals are a mess bc they are so understaffed and are seriously dangerous. I retired earlier that I had planned bc I was injured to the point of not being able to practice. Stay away from anything processed, eat local. Barter. You’re well on your way. Look at sugar n processed food as poison. Make your own everything from scratch to stay away from vegetable oils. Share more with community. We are all willing to help each other! God bless you.

A single 12oz Coke has 39 grams of sugar (or 9.2 teaspoons of sugar)... and the worst kind, High Fructose Corn Syrup. I have stopped eating processed foods. If it's not whole food, I don't eat it.

I never throw a med away. Expiration date is a CYA move by the company. If kept cool, dry & dark its uncommon for most meds to break down in one year. Look, smell, touch it. If those items check off, my decision would be to use it. Just my opinion and of course there are always exceptions.

The government has also restricted farmers from their access to animal meds that they used to be able to walk in the local farm store and buy off the shelf.

I have to hand it to the Jase company. With all the regulations, federal and state, to provide a service like this, they have to be a solid, great company. I have read about them too. This is a great product. And, I totally agree about keeping a 6 month or year supply of your maintenance meds on hand. We run into supply chain issues constantly. We get no warning about what is going to be in short supply. I guess I should mention for those who don't know us, but we run a small independent pharmacy in Tennessee. I recommend everyone be prepared. Obamacare ruined the healthcare system in this country. I know it helped some people, but it hurt a lot of people too. Also, if you haven''t looked into the carnivore way of eating, that fixed so many of my health issues. I had oxalate toxicity from all the high oxalate veggies and nuts I used to eat. That on top of CIRS really made me sick to the point I couldn't even work, and could barely walk. Now, I dance twice a week and walk as much as I want. Just from eating only meat and eggs and nothing else.

As much as possible eat fresh food, free from chemicals or preservatives, or any artificial additives. I use fresh onions and garlic instead of the bottles of spices. I use fresh potatoes and other veggies. Grass fed beef, and watch out for the added sodium solution in chicken. No fast foods, no sodas, fresh whole fruit instead of fruit juice will also make a big difference. I was able to bring down my blood pressure, only need to see my. primary care doctor 2x a year(I'm 76) and reversed congestive heart failure so that my ejection fraction rate which is a indicator of heart strength is now normal. Food is everything to do with health.

This would benefit me when I have an issue with a flare up for the H pylori that I try to manage with prebiotics but twice a year I need antibiotic and antifungal for 2 weeks. Last attack over the holiday week and suffered with not able to keep even water down.
Long covid is a bitch having gone through it. Healthy diet, exercise and some vitamins added help tremendously . I haven't eaten processed foods in years. We are great cooks in our home and on the road. I BELIEVE even years ago, one needs to understand what your health is and how to maintain it. My son did not get the thing. He had several COVID-19 infections but did not take anything for them. He got myocarditis and we were confused. I'm relocating back West because of the osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis that makes it difficult to walk especially in S.Dakota winters. Hoping I can reduce 3 medications. Than will work on not taking insomnia meds and try to do natural remedies. The Meloxicam has made my skin thin and I bruise and skin tears easily. 59 and taking 12 medications. I want to reduce 1/2 in the next year.

Dollar Tree has many items for building awsome first-aid kits. Along with wal mart and sams club. Thank you agian for this very important topic. Alittle FYI for some of you, cloves are great for a toothach. Not all tooth aches but try it and see. It's very cheap and it works.

Also, if you haven''t looked into the carnivore way of eating, that fixed so many of my health issues. I had oxalate toxicity from all the high oxalate veggies and nuts I used to eat. That on top of CIRS really made me sick to the point I couldn't even work, and could barely walk. Now, I dance twice a week and walk as much as I want. Just from eating only meat and eggs and nothing else.
I Love Jase Case it is wonderful. We are going to need it in the future. My husband took one with him on his business trip. He got COVID-19 and had the antibiotics and Ivermectin to take immediately. He was able to make it home and it helped.

Regarding breathing treatments, I suffer from asthma and have found great improvement in my breathing after using a salt inhaler. It's a no drug approach that has worked for me.
My daughter had asthma really bad as a kid. She started using the tincture of Mullein three years ago daily. It's gone completely. Great for the lungs.
As much as possible eat fresh food, free from chemicals or preservatives, or any artificial additives. I use fresh onions and garlic instead of the bottles of spices. I use fresh potatoes and other veggies. Grass fed beef, and watch out for the added sodium solution in chicken. No fast foods, no sodas, fresh whole fruit instead of fruit juice will also make a big difference.
I was able to bring down my blood pressure, only need to see my. primary care doctor 2x a year(I'm 76) and reversed congestive heart failure so that my ejection fraction rate which is a indicator of heart strength is now normal. Food is everything to do with health.

This would benefit me when I have an issue with a flare up for the H pylori that I try to manage with prebiotics but twice a year I need antibiotic and antifungal for 2 weeks. Last attack over the holiday week and suffered with not able to keep even water down.

Long covid is a bitch having gone through it. Healthy diet, exercise and some vitamins added help tremendously . I haven't eaten processed foods in years. We are great cooks in our home and on the road. I BELIEVE even years ago, one needs to understand what your health is and how to maintain it. I still trust the medical care I receive but do know "what to ask". Health care is not equal depending where you live or travel to. YOU need to address the medical team.

Yeah you see guys. It takes everything about, 2 minutes. To make it around the world and into people's homes. To then respond back. So?
When they tell you what time you go live on the stream. That's when you are live. Knowing that it takes a couple of minutes. Before everybody is engaged and signed on with you. You should have an opening element to your show. That anybody can come in on at any time. And will still make sense if they don't come in at the beginning. Such as maybe a musical opening? Or talking about previews coming up, in the weeks to come. So even if they don't hear the promo. They will see the show later. Weeks from now.
And you see we also create what we call a Evergreen Show. That's a pre-produced show. You keep in the can. In case you get a lousy rotten rainy day, kind of, day. In any of its possible permutations. Good or bad.
So knowing how these live streams go, now. The way it's always been. Since their inception. Jesus does not need to point directly at you. To let you know you are live streaming. It goes at the, timecode in which you have been given. Clocks are never late for God. Believe in your, Quartz Oscillators. They won't let you down, in pitch. I promise. They stay at one frequency very well. Like, at the pitch. That will make dogs go psychotic. You just wait and see. But do not expose your dog to those frequencies. They will lift their leg on your favorite easy chair. When you are not looking. And a couple of football games later. Your wife is going to wonder what's wrong with you? I promise. If we ever get to camp together with our motorhomes. I usually do not play my rock 'n' roll loudly after 4 AM. Though I play none of the instruments. I play the knobs and dials. It's so much more fun. But I am done recording rock 'n' roll for a living. I think I'm just going to play it back now in my retirement. I don't usually do it with the windows open. I like to keep the outside silence from bothering me inside. And so you keep it quiet outdoors. And turn it up. Indoors. That will make my entire Motorhome Pulsate. That shouldn't bother anybody? No?
Yes I used to turn it up really loud at night. As my recording sessions frequently went from 6 PM until 6 AM.. By the time you get done. The only kind of dinner you're going to get is steak with eggs and no baked potato.. I mean what the hell? Why can you not get dinner at, 8 AM? I mean since breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should be surf and turf! Some steak with lobster tails and a baked potato. Not stupid eggs and a strip of bacon!! Who do you take me for? Some cheap broad? You would be correct. As I have a new White Trash Motor Home for myself. I will be hitting the road, soon enough.
Camping is great amongst like minded, adults. We know camping etiquette.

My son did not get the thing. He had several COVID-19 infections but did not take anything for them. He got myocarditis and we were confused. The E.R. doctor told him that getting several infections can have the same effect as the jab he belives it was a bio-weapons. He also said that they now know 3 years later that he should not get the shot it causes worse problems. He got better and went to another Cardiologist and that cardiologist did all the testing to make sure he was okay. That cardiologist said not getting the jab was the best decision he had made. But, multiple infections untreated with antibiotics and ivermectin was a big mistake. You need to treat it when you get it. He said he has never seen so many heart problems after this jab.
I have copd did the same on that meds thank goodness you stopped!!!!
