- No bake Galaxy chocolate cheesecake recipe:
Biscuit base:
300g crushed digestive biscuits
150g melted butter
(Put biscuit base flattened into a tin and leave to cool for 20 minutes)
Chocolate cream topping :
500g Creme cheese
300ml double cream
375g melted galaxy chocolate
110g icing sugar
(Wisk all ingredients together for 5minutes)
