I'm glad to hear Britton's new book is as good as I thought and it seems she listened to what the readers wanted from her with more accessibility and simplicity which is beautiful! can't wait to read it. I have never spoken about it actually. I'm gluten intolerant and therefore don't really eat much of it, that's all I guess. will see if I can squeeze a little of that in somewhere! :)
I love cookbook reviews, its so helpful to decide on which ones are worthy to purchase. I love Myokos book, too. It´s soooo useful! Oh and of course Amy´s book is the BEST EVEEEEERRRR!!! Also, just out of interest, was the toast you had for breakfast in the video gluten free? I´m asking because I am actually searching for a nice one, either store bought or homemade, that has a nice light texture while not falling apart in a crumbly mess... do you have a tip on that? I am making my own bread mostly but it cold be nice to know a good store bought one for those lazy mornings ;)
hi julia :) yes, completely agree with that. can't buy them all! the bread is indeed gluten free. and it was store bought! I don't have one that I love though although I did try the bread from the american brand 'food for life' in london though and that's the best store bought gluten free bread I've had. it was pricy though. but good since they use sprouted grains for their bread!
Thanks for the tip on "food for life bread"! Will try to get my hands on it to try it out ;) So the quest goes on... I think I´m going to try more homemade recipes though, as its cheaper and I can leave out the yeast and use sourdough instead. Still, if I find a good brand I will let you know!

And I worked in a place connected to a tattoo parkour so one of my friends there made it for me. It's a reminder of all the good things from that time in my life! It's also the sign for fire 👍
hi katrin :) I'm very lazy with my nuts and only soak them when making a recipe where that's suitable. I do know that it would be healthier to always soak them but it's just not something I prioritise at the moment.
