My partner and I were thinking of getting the Magic Plus next year and thanks to your video, we definitely will now!! Such a helpful and insightful video. thank you for all your information and useful knowledge on Annual Passes. Its made our decision a lot easier :D
Ah so pleased to hear the video was useful! Please do be sure to click through to the official website linked in the show notes to check all the details when you come to buy as AP details do change (in fact a few things have changed since recording the video so always worth checking!) Hope you have an amazing year with your Annual Passes! 🏰💕✨
Thank you so much for this video! Such a perfect timing! Getting my annual pass (Infinity) on Jan 31... soooooo excited! Looking forward to a whole year of Disney magic! Keep up your amazing work!
Wahoo! That’s so exciting Florian! 😃Looking forward to hearing lots more about your upcoming Disney adventures! 🏰✨ Thank you for your lovely feedback 😃
Fab information. My daughter, myself and two grandsons are thinking about getting passes. Thanks for putting this together. On my way to DLP in June ❣️
Thank you for your awesome video *-* I will also get an annual pass in March and I literally can't wait for it 😍 I will be getting the infinity with the admission for 365 days and my two favorite advantages are the 20% in the shops and the VIP areas for the parade and the illumination show 😍😍
Ah thank you Wendy ✨ I must admit I got one as it worked out cheaper to get a pass and stay offsite than to stay in a Disney hotel at the time, so fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻🏰✨
I quite like the Kyriad - we stayed there for 4 nights for our Halloween trip and although it was quite basic it was all we needed when not at the parks (and the bar made some yummy cocktails too!)
Thanks Zoe for all the info! I was wondering how the discounts for the hotels work? I usually book online but is it different for anual pass holders? Thanks ❤️
Hi Danielle, when you are booking a room with a discount you need to phone up and they will give you a quote (as the discounts vary depending on which pass you have and room availability). Just remember that if you are travelling with others they will need tickets to access the parks as there won’t be tickets included in your booking. Hope that helps! ✨
thank you for this! I'm considering this for my family. I know my boyfriend can get an easy access pass (he's disabled) and as his carer I could get in for free, but as I have 2 children also wondering if an annual pass makes more sense as includes so much that would want but at a better price or is included.
Really useful vlog, thank you! So glad i ran into your videos on here :) seriously considering an annual pass, but I don’t have many friends or know anyone who would go with me. If you’ve ever travelled solo before, is it ok at Disney?
If you enjoy visiting Disneyland Paris then an annual pass can be a great way to visit more often and save money (for example you can stay offsite in cheaper hotels and use the free bus into the park). With regards to travelling solo I have done it once and it was absolutely fine 😃 Disneyland Paris is a very friendly and welcoming place to visit 🏰💫
This video was made some time ago so don’t know if you’ll see it to reply but I’ll try. You said that you have 6 months to activate. However if you get them at the park I presume that is activating them? If you got a package deal however you can’t get the price deducted so does that mean I won’t be activating the card yet as I won’t be able to benefit from it that visit. It’s not in use.
Yes I believe when you buy them in person you are activating them. So if you have a package booked already with park tickets included then you won’t get that discount, so you might be better off waiting and buying over the phone before your next visit so it lasts longer?
Hiii I am looking to buy an annual pass over the phone but because the cost is €299 does that mean it depends on the exchange rate on the actual amount you pay. At the moment it works out to £264, does that sounds about right to what you paid ?
Hi Alice, I can’t remember the exact amount when I bought over the phone (and it was about €50 cheaper then as it’s gone up this year) but yes from memory you pay in euros so it will depend on the exchange rate 😃
This is a super helpful video and definitely helped me make my mind up about getting an annual pass! I have a few questions though, if your able to help me. When you buy one on the phone is there an option to pay through instalments? Also when you pay on the phone, is there an option to get the pass sent straight to you or do you have to get the paper ticket?
Hi Ellie, I believe you can call the main UK reservations line and ask for a quote, or if you have an Infinity Pass you will be given a direct number to call for a specific Infinity booking line. Always worth checking other hotel websites too as some carry Disney hotels at quite a discount as well as partner hotels 😃
Thank you for your video. Can I ask as you done this over the phone. When the temporary card arrives and you want to gain access on the day can you use it to get in that day or is there anything else you need to take on the day you arrive?
Hi Rebecca, you literally take your temp pass and your photo ID (such as your passport)....and your fav pair of ears for your photo! 😍✨ I took the letter that came with it the pass too as if had my booking reference etc on it (just in case it was needed) If you are setting up bank payments you’ll need the codes mentioned in the video but if you’ve paid up front you won’t 😃
@@CaffeinePixieDust Thank you and getting into the park on the temp pass is it easy? And they can be used on the first day just not the first tier one.
Yes no problem at all getting into the park - we used the entrance by the luggage storage (by the revolving doors into the DLH). You can use the first tier AP ticket to get into the park to validate it, but not for the two days after it’s validated.
Thank you for the awesome video, your videos are always so helpful. If I buy a discovery annual pass by post next month and use it for the first time this July, could I use it for four successive days? If I get by mail, it would already be activated right? Thank you
Hello! I did briefly touch on the fact that you get higher hotel discounts as you go up through the levels of the AP’s but didn’t drill down on the actual figures in case they change them 😉 I think it’s the Infinity Pass that gets you the 50% off which is definitely a good perk! 😃 Have you got one or are you tempted? ✨
We are going for a week for my 50th and it works out a lot cheaper to buy some annual passes get the hotel with the discount and the 20% off food and shops plus with the infinity pass we can go for New Year’s Eve next year too. Thanks for the video it was very helpful and I didn’t know that if you rang up to pay it doesn’t start until you visit the park, but saying that would I still get the discount on the hotels?
Oooh it sounds like you will def get use out of your AP how exciting! I believe your AP has to be activated before you can access the hotel discounts - might it might be worth giving them a quick call to double check this?
I’ve heard that when you get the annual pass and take it to DLP to activate it, you can’t use the annual pass for 3 days, or on that trip, you have to wait until your next trip. Is that correct?
Hello! That is with the first tier of pass (the Discovery pass) so once activated you won’t be able to use it for the 2nd and 3rd day. However I believe if you buy it from home via post (printing off and filling in paperwork to send off) then it’s active from when you receive it (you don’t have to activate it there). With other passes you don’t get these two days blocked out (even when activating in the park). There is more info here on the different tiers of passes: www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/annual-passes/
I bought mine on Etsy quite a while back but don’t think that particular store exists anymore? Perhaps try search for them on etsy though as I believe there are other suppliers?
Thank you for your video. I would like to buy a magical card for me and my 6 years old daughter, can I buy it on the phone for both of us? I would like to also visit the park on the evening we arrive around 8pm. Will it be possible to do it after office hours? Thank you. Can you please provide the phone number you used for the purchase.

Caffeine&PixieDust thanks Zoe! 🤞🏻Do you recommend any of the offsite hotels?
I quite like the Kyriad - we stayed there for 4 nights for our Halloween trip and although it was quite basic it was all we needed when not at the parks (and the bar made some yummy cocktails too!)

I bought mine on Etsy quite a while back but don’t think that particular store exists anymore? Perhaps try search for them on etsy though as I believe there are other suppliers?
Did I hear well? You CAN wear your ears when they´re taking a photo for your annual pass?!
It is actively encouraged! 😉✨
