Thank you! I’ve spent the past 30 minutes just looking for a basic cracker recipe. Everybody wanted to add herbs, seeds, almond flour, gluten-free, chickpea flour, etc. All I wanted was basic crackers! 😄🙏

This is a great idea for a video series! I teach elementary school children, and it's important that I choose recipes that have ingredients that are easy to find and is a recipe that allows for creativity. So, this is perfect!!!

This is realy good but I suggest when you make it for best results do this!
    - boil water BEFORE you add it in. Don't put it at a rolling boil but just enough till you see bubbles in the bottom and movement in the water. This makes the dough not lompy trust me I use water and flour all the time and it gets gross and lompy if you don't do this. After you do this use a spatiala to fold and combine so you don't hurt your hands
    - when rolling the dough roll it once then fold it. This will create layers ( I think)
    - chill it for 30 mins after the dough is rolled out. This will make it more crunchy hopefully.
    - just make sure it's really thin because if you make them to thick or over roll them it gets chewy.
    Hopefully this helped :D

It took me a ridiculous amount of time to find a normal cracker recipie. First I found one where they use a bunch of crazy ingredients. One where they make their own flour first. One without a recipe at all.

iv done this thousands of times and found it perfect for when I'm rushing around, found if I spray a slightly watered down Honey helps hold any form of seasoning added and also adds a suttle sweet burst

Why wouldn't you just use a cookie sheet? And I have to say I shuddered when I saw you doing all this on your countertop! What material is that, you don't need to worry about cuts and scratches on it? Also, putting hot crackers together in a jar will cause moisture release, softening the crackers.
