America The Beautiful Mini Album TUTORIAL! Part 1

I love the Magical Memories Mini album I made the other day so I thought I would do a tutorial for it. In this one I will be using America the Beautiful collection by Simple Stories. The the base I am using Midnight Navy by Recollections. In part 2 I will be playing with the fun decorative papers.
Below, I have provided a cutting guide for you.

Chipboard - (2) 5 ¼ x 5 ¼ and (1) 5 ¼ x 1
Cardstock to cover chipboard - (2) 7 ¼ x 8 ½
Page - 5 x 5 and 5 x 6 scored on the 6 side at ½ and 5 ½
Page front - flap 5 x 5 ½ score at 1/2
(2) 2 x 6 scored on 2 side at ½ and on 6 side at ½ and 5 ½
Page back - 4 ¼ x 5 ½ scored on the 5 ½ side at ½
4 ¼ x 7 scored on the 7 side at 1 ¾ and 6 ½
Belly band - 2 x 6 scored on the 6 side at ½ and 5 ½
Inside Front Cover - pocket 3 ½ x 6 scored on the 6 at ½ and 5, then scored on the 3 ½ at ½
Flaps (2) - 4 ¼ x 4 ¾ - scored on the 4 ¾ side at ½
Inside back cover - waterfall - 4 ¼ x 9 scored on the 9 side at 4 ¼ and 4 ¾
Pocket (2) - 4 x 5 ¼ scored on the 5 ¼ side at ½ and 4 3/4 , then on the 4 side at ½
