Rabbi, Toda Raba, you always cause me to smile, cry, and think. Shalom from a gentile believer in the God of Israel.

I am not lost. Never was. I know exactly where I am, and where I am going. As a matter of fact the true Israel was suppose to be the World. The only Temple, Arc, Holy Grail of God there ever was. Created for ALL Humans on this Earth. When God showed me this I adopted the World. That way no one may claim more than another ever again. There was even more but that is sacred to me and HIM alone.
So there all you are. The rest is my sanctum. Thank You, honestly thank you. Peace Rabbi Sacks.

Its God's way of showing us what earth is meant to be. I should not complain as HE is with me always.

Nonsense. We don't understand so we invent silly explanations. There is no God, no proof.

God has a plan and He has never been powerless. He doesn't need our help, He is patiently waiting for us, the proud human being to accept His help!
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. (Ezekiel 36:26)

Now reading the Old Testament and seeing all the ways God has judged Israel for sin and backsliding, Could the Holocaust have been a judgment as well? Similar to the Babylonian and Assyrian Captivity and destruction of Jerusalem

    John 3:
15That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Did they believe on Jesus and accept Him as Lord and Savior?

If theres a god why does he divide all of us into so many different religions so we can constantly conflict with each other over our ideas of god? Are religious people incapable of rational thinking

God has his reasons. And you a limited being cannot comprehend them. You can try and start to see a glimpse sometimes but you are limited and God is not

Nick, because He loves us so much that He gave us FREE WILL. It's up to us what we do with it. And not every person who believes in God and Lord Jesus Christ is stuck in a man-made religion. God did NOT make religion. Man did. God did choose Israel as His people. And His Only Son Lord Yeshua Ha'Mashiach (Jesus Christ) fulfilled the law. He became the Sacrifice and took on humanity's sins so we could be with Him for eternity in Heaven. God did not make religion. God made faith in Him and His Savior Son Yeshua. Big difference. And that is complete rational thinking. Ask Him to show you, but you have to want Him to show you humbly. If you have any doubt or arrogance or sarcasm, He has no reason to show you. You have to really want to KNOW Him that He's real.
