Rohingyas live an uncertain life but still produce so many kids.
It's not just about Rohingyas, & You should haven't said that if you know about the fact that illiteracy and backwardness is directly linked with non family planning and high population rate, this is the reason India has huge population.
It's Illiteracy and lack of resources hoping for better opportunity having more male babies so that their economic conditions gets better. It's a matter of fact this problem lies everywhere.
