Thankyou sirji, very nice n different method of making bharwa karela, I never use to make bharwa karela as it use to never turn good, but thanks to you for sharing this recipe, everybody in my family liked it, especially the dry masala which you put at the last, thoda sa bach gaya tha, so my kids they put that masala on each and. U can steam the bharwa karela if u don't want to use so much oil .n potatoes too . Than after the karela is soft u can add the onion ,garlic as shown . The crispiness will be not there but healthy for sure . Or u can pressure cook the bharwa karela . I make it that way . But jo taste slow cooking mai hai . crunchy n crispy karera will be only the way cheff has shown . Too yummy .

Hello sirji u r my favorite one . I would like to make crispy kaerla fry but frying two times is unhealthy. PL show new recipe.
can use simple boiled mashed potato as inside stuffing of karela rather than cooking the stuffing.
