Knut and Adam are quite similar, with slight differences due to perhaps body size/proportions (Adam is actually quite short).
But both are excellent, best practice definitely.

I don't think there is a BEST technique. Look at McKEEVER, I think his technique is not the one you should learn from, but he is the best in 200 ;)
