Ohh thanks so much Mervyn! It was quite the experience and something I want to tackle again. So glad you enjoyed the episode! Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hello and thank you! Well there were 10/18 sites booked the night I was there and no one had turned up by 7:30pm. The next night there were no sites available and being a Saturday night, it’s a popular choice. There will be a video coming out this week on our vehicle.
Hi Laura I'm catching up with all episodes love them all you done well to even try camping solo I watched Tim Bates camping solo so I tried it I got Scared 😱 and packed up as well. I'm not a little bloke but just couldn't get the eerie thoughts out of my head great vids love them 👍
Im so proud of you to make that right choice to leave, the calm before the storm. Those little nowring wispers inside your head is telling you to get the hell out of there, there's a reason for this it's called your intuitive instincts. Goodluck , love & light xx
You did right for leaving!!! You're a brave soul for staying as long as you did!!! I believe it's too dangerous!! ALWAYS follow your mind! Thank You, great show!😊💖💝😉🌷
Thanks so much Erin. I know it’s ok to be scared and leave if you have that feeling. I’m not one to try and be tough and push through. I want to live to create more videos! Thanks for watching!
Smart Girl.. listening to your instincts is smart.. I have done the same many a time camping.. I always listen to my instincts too. If it does not feel right I leave even if it is midnight.
So, something we do along with others we know is to book a site on a Thurs or Fri prior to our planned Sat-Sun stay to ensure we get a site for the weekend, but we don't show up until Fri night or Sat, which leaves our paid for sight empty for a night or two. Not sure that would explain all the absences you noted, but perhaps combined with the storm forecast? This is no way criticizes your decision to leave. Much respect for following your instincts.
That’s possible because there is a travel incentive at the moment in Vic but you must book for 2 nights minimum stay so many people could’ve done that and only turned up on the Saturday for 1 night. The storm definitely would’ve played a major factor but people could’ve possibly turned up after I left at 7:30. 🤷♀️
Thanks so much Wanda, I agree it’s a crazy world and anything can happen. I guess once the sun went down that was it for me. Thanks for watching and commenting. 🙏

Ohh thank you Elaine from the far north west in Scotland! Beautiful country and people! Exactly, I gave it a go and learnt from it. :) Thanks for watching!
Just wanted to say that good on you for getting out and giving it a go by yourself. I find that camping alone can be really freaky sometimes for anyone. I usually have a bush knife on my belt and my axe close at hand which helps with my anxiety when out alone. I'm thinking about getting one of those small air horns to give me a sense of peace regarding wild dogs. Well done and thank you for the video.
Thanks for watching and commenting David. Yes camping alone isn’t for the faint hearted when you choose a camp where there’s no one around at all. I’ve since put a whistle on my keys but now we have the caravan so probably won’t do many more trips like this unfortunately.
Fair play the mind plays tricks on you especially if yr a townie and don't know the sounds of the countryside... 1 day you will look back and smile at this..UK🇬🇧👍
funniest one I ever read was a solo girl freaked out about the screams she wass hearing, she listened intently for a half hour, scared. But then she discovered it was just her nose making the sound! hahahahahhahahahahaa
Hey Laura, recently discovered you guys and catching up on your shows. Thanks for sharing this video. Always trust your gut instincts! It’s easy for anyone sitting in their comfy lounge watching to say you should have stayed you would have been fine. But out there on your own in the dark with your mind racing like it was, you are totally justified in pulling the pin. Like you said you wouldn’t have slept one bit so the next day wouldn’t have been that good anyway 🤷♂️😊.
Hi Tony, thanks for getting on board the Journey! It’s funny, we didn’t know how this episode would go but it’s actually our best to date and the comments we’ve received from viewers has been amazing. Pretty much, most people said they would’ve left too. Glad you enjoyed it. I will do it again one day. 😂
I really like your camping setup, it wouldn't work for me because, lol, I don't like heights. I would have left also, so don't feel bad. I've always thought I'd like a small motorhome or van, fully equipped. But I've seen a couple videos of couples out there and things happen. I'm too scared now. I did, however I used to live on my own in a tent ⛺, back when I was 19. I lived in that for 8 months. I had a blast but some frightening moments as well. Now I'm almost 62, I am on disability so I have lots of time, but no courage. Have fun while your young, always follow your instincts and take someone with you. Have fun.!
Thanks so much Suanne. I really hope you get your courage back one day and embrace life to the fullest while you can. A motorhome would be great, much safer than a tent and you don’t need to tow. That’s great you like my setup. We have a new video dropping tomorrow on our ute & canopy. Thanks for watching.
1. Install high intensity flood lights on top of your van that are remote control. 2. Install steel loop handles onto all of your doors. Then loop your seat belts through them and click them into their harness. No way that door can be opened from the outside. Even if it is unlocked. Do the same for your side and back doors. 3. Install a police siren on your van connected to your fob key panic button. 4. ALWAYS park under a street light if possible. 5. Get a big dog or at least a barking dog sound on your horn. Finally. Most important. Always. Always trust your gut instinct. Your conscience will tell you of impending danger. Listen to it and get the hell out of there! DRIVE AWAY! Stay safe!
Just watched this. It’s amazing how our thoughts can dictate our actions. I don’t like camping on my own so good on you for making that decision. Most men wouldn’t own up to that. 🤪❤️
Thanks, David, 💯 you can certainly overthink the situation. all in all, it was a good experience. Thankfully, the second time around, l had Troy with me 😍
I think you did the right thing regardless of anyones opinion or advice always follow your instict. If it says go, go. Speaking of Kinglake how's this for a true story my dad grew up in a orphanage and was adopted he was about 11 or 12 years old. They treated him really bad he was so scared of the abuse that he ran away from those people. At twelve years of age he ran away from melbourne all the way to Kinglake found a man who understood and gave him a job in a sawmill my Dad hid lived and worked in that sawmill until he was 18 and stayed there fulltime because he was so scared of going back to the family that abused him. When he turned 18 he left the sawmill straight away changed his surname then went on and had a beautiful family and a Beautiful Life. Respect to my Dad the most beautiful man i have ever known i am so lucky to have him as my Dad. Best wishes. 👍
Wow that is a sad but beautiful and amazing story, thanks for sharing! Has your dad been back to Kinglake? It really is a beautiful place to camp. That’s so nice to hear you have a great relationship with him too. Thanks for watching!
If you get a bad feeling and cannot shake it then it is better to listen to that feeling and leave. I have done that myself. In a place that I had stayed in plenty of times. One time I just felt nervous there and so I left. I was armed at the time as well but I chose to listen to my feelings on that one.
I don’t blame you for leaving. I got the heebie jeebies when you first started driving down in to the area and thought heck no at that point. I don’t know if I would have even gone on my own. I’m a real scaredy cat. Don’t like being alone in the dark listening to all the noises. Take care x
Hi just watched your video and wow I was scared for you I honestly think the alarm bells were ringing and you went with your gut instinct too many people have went missing. I was really scared when you went to those toilets very brave you don’t know if anyone could be lurking about just waiting for the first person to appear anyway I feel it was a smart move to go there was an eeeriness about the place x
Thanks Margaret for watching and your comments. I’m glad you got the full effect watching from home :) I did shine the torch around the toilets before going but you still wonder. 🤔 Glad you enjoyed it!
Hey Rebekah! Thanks for watching and ur comments. It’s called The Gums Camping Area, Kinglake, it’s really well maintained. I can’t wait to go back again and actually stay there and see the sights of Kinglake.
In our youth we were solo tent camping in mountains of Arizona. We were out for a walk on a forest fire road the next day & 2 men pulled up in horrible car. My husband pulled off his pack, cocked his weapon, as he could see their guns. As they drove away, they said sleep tight we know where you are camped. We have been watching you. My husband ex army was unaware we were being watched. We packed up & went to a campground. Never to repeat that mistake. Listen to your instincts especially If you feel uneasy…Jeanne retired RN
Oh my goodness Jeanne that is an amazingly scary story! Thank you for sharing! Wow! Do you think they’d actually come back or it was just to scare you? Good thing you went to a campground. That’s crazy!
My wife and I was camping in a primitive area where there was no people and In the middle of the night a car pulled up with the head light shining on our tent the only thing that gave me comfort was I had a 357 magnum in my hand we just stayed put and waited they eventually drove off. I often wonder what their intentions were. The next morning we moved our camp where more people were camping. You did the right thing always go with your gut feelings
oh Laura even though this is a year ago i want to say how brave you are to even attempt solo camping..ive done it a few times and yes the only time i didnt feel right was when there was no one else around..it is very eerie and your mind can go places and convince you of many things ..but in saying that ..there are pigs ,wild dogs and all sorts of critters. We have a gut instinct for a reason and yours seems to work well ,always listen to it..even those trees ..not called widow makers for no reason. Again ,well done, you are inspirational to other women (and men) . Stay safe x love to Coco x
Hi Cheryl, Thank you 😊. yes, it is a real shame that it's hard to feel safe out there. Very true, your gut instinct tells you everything you need to know, and it's always better to be safe than sorry 🤔. thanks for watching our older episodes 🙏
When you are out alone at night, use minimal lights . If you have to use lights then dont flash it on your face. Avoid recording videos in the night which requires you to focus lights on your face. Let your eyes get used to the darkness. Tie up your hair in a ponytail or something. Dont let it fall to the sides of your face. It restricts your corner view. Carry a powerful torch on you at all times. You can at least flash it around and try to spot if someone /something is in the bushes. Dont forget that a powerful torch can also blind someone for a few seconds. The older 12 inch maglite makes a good baton. Lastly, dont camp alone if you think you cannot deal with your mind. The mind plays a lot of tricks on us especially at nites. Take care !
Your instincts and safety should always come first. If something doesn't feel right or safe, always listen to your instincts. It doesn't make you a coward or dramatic. It's your survival mode kicking in.
Good for you listening to your gut. Leaving when your uncomfortable is a dmart idea. Your a smart young woman with plenty of other opportunities to camp solo, as long as your comfortable.
I don't think you're overeacting. Honestly I would never have camped there alone like that. I can understand why it unnerved you, but also there could have been someone there and you were picking up on it. So good on you for listening to your instincts. How many times have I heard survivor stories that start off with, "I had a weird feeling" or "I felt uneasy".
I certainly couldn’t stay there either. l prefer to have a vehicle ( everything contained within ).If feeling unsafe l can just get up without going outside & drive away. Each to their own.Pleased you followed your gut instinct.Subbed.
Thanks Sharon for watching, commenting and subbing! Oh absolutely, get the hell out of there quick smart. I’m hearing of a lot more women camping in their cars. Down here it’s girls in vans but still interesting.
Wow, I would of never stayed there either. Especially when no one else was there. Noway. It's just not safe for a woman to be there all alone. You did the right thing by leaving. I really enjoyed your video and your sense of humor throughout your whole experience. 😀
Ohh thanks so much Janet! So glad u liked the video and my style. It’s hard to be entertaining in a situation like that or to even get the camera out, that’s why I didn’t film packing up.
I was on a small campsite In Wales with just a few campers, and there was a guy I caught a glimpse of when the owner went over to collect his money or whatever,he was really unkempt and with our “care in the community” here in the UK there are lots of people walking the streets with mental health issues,he may have just been a really scruffy person, but my gut instinct told me to sleep in the car that night rather than the tent, last thing I need is a nutcase outside my tent at 3 in the morning, which has happened btw.
Oh my goodness that is a scary story for sure! Ones we watch on the movies. So glad you’re ok and hope you’re still camping away. Plenty more people are feeling the effects of everyday life and find it hard to manage. We keep up the camping and exploring to help keep the stresses at bay. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I think it's understandable as a Woman camping by herself to feel on edge if you're camping and there is noone else around. I wouldn't be hard on yourself about it. As a guy by myself in that place with noone else around I think I feel uncomfortable aswell lol. No point staying there just for the sake of it, if you're not enjoying the experience.
Very true Jim! I wasn’t going to get any sleep and my muscles would’ve all tightened from the fear in me. It’s great to hear both men & women feel the same way about camping alone and that it’s not always the safest. Thanks for watching!
Thank you. We have a dog but you can't take dogs to National Parks in most of Australia and you can forget bear spray down here... the only thing close are Koala Bears!
This is why I love the United States. I have a Glock 10mm on my side and a 12 Ga. Shotgun with 7 rounds of buckshot. Ain't nothing in those woods that scares me. I solo camp everywhere. Sleep in a 1 man tent where ever I end up at dark, and sleep like a baby. If a person is out there to do me harm, Mother F'ers gonna have to come thru a shit ton of lead to do it. I'm not in Grizzly country, so no worries there, and I don't believe in Big Foot, Ghosts, Werwolves, or any other shit that goes bump in the night, so short of some whacko person, or rabid critter, I'm staying where ever I lay my head for the night.
@@JourneyUnknown I love my 2nd amendment right to have a gun. It makes me sleep like a baby lamb at night in the woods, but knowing I can come out of that tent like the Tazmanian Devil if I need to. Had stare downs with bears, mtn. lions, wild horses, bull elk, and just about everything else that creeps in the woods at night, but not once did I feel like I was going to be on the losing end. You would be surprised how just having a handgun on your side gives you the confidence to go anywhere and sleep anywhere you want to explore in the sticks. I have a good friend (lady) who never carried a firearm. I always pleaded with her to do so. I even gave her a 357 magnum snubby to pack with her. One night she heard distinct footsteps approaching her tent. They stopped right outside and stood there for approx. 10 minutes. Turned and left without saying a word. She could only hear them breathing. Laid there all night freaking out... sunup she found the boot tracks just outside her tent walking up and then leaving in another direction. She carries that handgun with her all the time now, and never goes out overnight without a friend with her. Some whacko's out there in this crazy world. I hope you continue to enjoy your camping trips and you a safe always. As a young lady, always listen to those instincts.
God Bless you 😂 I know what you mean, no handgun but my 12 guage and big blade make me feel a bit better too. You've got to make yourself the apex predator out there.
Too right Jane! Camping = fun & relaxing not stressful and fearful. Lucky I stopped drinking so I could leave and drive off. Funny you say that, I researched sprays the next day as we have Capsicum Spray or Pepper Spray as known in the 🇺🇸 but it’s illegal in 🇦🇺 and only available in WA 🤷♀️. Might have to create my own concoction. 🤔
I forgot to say I'm called Michaela, I'm from the UK, I have 3 children & 6 grandchildren 🙂 I've never been camping anywhere like you have but would love to but with someone though lol hope your next camp is more relaxing 🙂😉 bye for now
Thanks Michaela all the way from the UK. Yes definitely have someone with you and be prepared... thank you, our next camping trip was much more relaxed. Video to come in a few weeks time.
Those sites in Kinglake, Mt Disappointment etc as straight up weird. Proper serial killer vibes... I'm not even kidding..Go go to Murrundindi, you'll feel more comfortable..
God gave us a sixth sense that we need to listen to more often. There's nothing wrong with what you did, and I think you probably did the right thing by listening to your inner voice telling you to leave.
In this day and age, no woman or man should be out solo camping without some sort of protection. Bear spray, taser, pistol. Glad you followed your gut! Be safe.
i think you lasted longer than most people haha , and FYI i wouldnt go swimming down the beach if i was the only one down there either , i think its a statistic thing the more people around the less likely something bad will happen to you 😁

Hello and thank you! Well there were 10/18 sites booked the night I was there and no one had turned up by 7:30pm. The next night there were no sites available and being a Saturday night, it’s a popular choice. There will be a video coming out this week on our vehicle.
You did the right thing!! Much better to go home and have a good sleep rather than stay up all night worrying. Mmm that garlic bread looked yum 😀
Thanks Trish! I also left the poor pizza in the travel buddy overnight too, not so good!
Brilliant babs glad your going home ,be safe always if you don't feel safe best thing go home be safe x
Ohh thank you very much 🙏
Hi Laura I'm catching up with all episodes love them all you done well to even try camping solo I watched Tim Bates camping solo so I tried it I got Scared 😱 and packed up as well. I'm not a little bloke but just couldn't get the eerie thoughts out of my head great vids love them 👍
That's it Craig, it's all in our minds. I could've woken up to a beautiful morning but my mind had other thoughts. I hope you get out there again.
I am sorry you had such a bad time. You did what you needed to. Hopefully it doesn't deter you from trying again in the future. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much for your kind words. It hasn’t deterred me at all. I’m going to do it all again in time soon!
I'm late, just catching up! I was so happy you left that site, always trust your instincts! You did great! All the best to you!
Ohh thank you Mary, that’s very sweet of you. Thanks for watching!
Im so proud of you to make that right choice to leave, the calm before the storm. Those little nowring wispers inside your head is telling you to get the hell out of there, there's a reason for this it's called your intuitive instincts. Goodluck , love & light xx
Thanks so much Allistyn! That’s it, the calm before the storm. Thanks so much for watching and stay tuned for more adventures.
What a cool setup👍 Thanks for sharing, new sub.
Oh thank you! No worries and thanks for watching and subscribing. New episode next week with a new setup on the Land Cruiser.
You have to do what feels right for you and your safety. Anyone who would say anything negative about your decision is a troll.
Ohhh thanks Kat! Absolutely agree we all have to do what is right for us at those very moments. Thanks for watching!
I didn’t even watch yet and I already love and subscribed to your channel, the title though OMG 😱
In the end I totally agree!
Thanks so much Doris, great to have you subscribe to our channel!
You did right for leaving!!! You're a brave soul for staying as long as you did!!! I believe it's too dangerous!! ALWAYS follow your mind! Thank You, great show!😊💖💝😉🌷
Ohh thank you so much for your lovely comments! That’s very sweet. So glad you like the videos and channel.
You got the "gift of fear" that people often ignore before terrible things happen. Good for you for following your gut instinct to protect yourself.
Thanks so much Erin. I know it’s ok to be scared and leave if you have that feeling. I’m not one to try and be tough and push through. I want to live to create more videos! Thanks for watching!
ALways follow your gut instinct that IS what keeps you safe........... Much love and prayers... Smart lady.....
Hey Cat, thanks very much for your comments and watching!
Smart Girl.. listening to your instincts is smart.. I have done the same many a time camping.. I always listen to my instincts too. If it does not feel right I leave even if it is midnight.
That’s it, ur gut tells u everything... get out before it’s too late or that u won’t enjoy yourself. Thanks for watching.
BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY! GREAT VIDEO... SUBBED AND LIKED THE VIDEO.
Thanks so much! Welcome to our Channel!
I dk how you stayed as long as you did! I was freaking out for you! I’m so glad you left because this is a crazy world now human or otherwise 😮👍🙏🙏🙏
Thanks so much Wanda, I agree it’s a crazy world and anything can happen. I guess once the sun went down that was it for me. Thanks for watching and commenting. 🙏
@@JourneyUnknown Good luck in your camping journeys! 😁
Your awesome. Complete 💯 understanding.
Thank you so much for your respect and tuning in Kman
You were quite right………..don’t feel a failure……… would never have even gone there………….your human but you tried. 👍👍👍👍🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴all the way from Glasgow Scotland well done you. 🥰❤️🏴🍷
Thanks Leigh! The mind makes you do strange things but we learn from them for sure. Thanks for watching!
funniest one I ever read was a solo girl freaked out about the screams she wass hearing, she listened intently for a half hour, scared. But then she discovered it was just her nose making the sound! hahahahahhahahahahaa
🤣
I live this video!
Thank you!
Oh...I would have done the same thing. It just looked creepy and so dark!
Oh it was! Thanks for watching.
You did so right. I could feel it,evil around. They say "when it´s guiet in the woods, beware."
Thank u! I’ll try it again one day.
DRIVE AWAY!
Stay safe!
Some interesting tips there Tanner! Thanks for watching and the comments!
Thanks! Absolutely agree to listen to the small talk in ur mind or when ur gut starts to turn. Thanks for watching!
It’s good to hear there are heaps of people commenting on here that they would leave too if they feel unsafe.
I don’t blame you for leaving. I got the heebie jeebies when you first started driving down in to the area and thought heck no at that point. I don’t know if I would have even gone on my own. I’m a real scaredy cat. Don’t like being alone in the dark listening to all the noises. Take care x
Haha 😂. yes, the right decision was made in the end. thanks for watching one of our older episodes ❤️
This is the funniest video of someone bugging out of Glamping I've ever seen.
🤣
You are brave going in alone! Especially in a tent… Can I ask where this camp spot is exactly in king lake? Amazing spot!
Hey Rebekah! Thanks for watching and ur comments. It’s called The Gums Camping Area, Kinglake, it’s really well maintained. I can’t wait to go back again and actually stay there and see the sights of Kinglake.
In the world we live in now…you did the right thing.
Thanks Sheila!
So glad y were safe. Please carry protection, Always .....
Thanks Bobbi
You are a very interesting person and very entertaining and if you're alone in the bush take a gun .😊😊😊.
Love your show
Thank you 😊
You stayed longer than I would have!
Ha ha thank you!
Me as well! As soon as dark hit I would’ve said nope!
Omg that would’ve scared the sh*t out of me! We had a similar experience in South Australia. Thanks for watching!
You're amazing to go as long as you did.
Thanks Linda!
oh Laura even though this is a year ago i want to say how brave you are to even attempt solo camping..ive done it a few times and yes the only time i didnt feel right was when there was no one else around..it is very eerie and your mind can go places and convince you of many things ..but in saying that ..there are pigs ,wild dogs and all sorts of critters.
Would like more info on the truck and rooftop tent. And they other campers probably stayed home or stayed at hotels because of the wdather
You’re in luck because we have a new video dropping on Sunday about the ute, canopy and roof top setup.
Take care !
Thank you, all good tips for next time.
Your instincts and safety should always come first. If something doesn't feel right or safe, always listen to your instincts. It doesn't make you a coward or dramatic. It's your survival mode kicking in.
Hi Jolene, l couldn't agree more . Thanks for watching and commenting 😊
I was watching this feeling really anxious about you being alone , I am so relieved when you said you were leaving .
Ohh that’s sweet, thank you Tracey!
Good for you listening to your gut. Leaving when your uncomfortable is a dmart idea. Your a smart young woman with plenty of other opportunities to camp solo, as long as your comfortable.
Thanks so much Lea! Exactly, I’ll do it again when I’m more prepared and with more knowledge behind me.
Also I just subscribed to your channel 🙂
Fantastic!!! So glad you enjoy our videos.
when you are alone in the middle of nowhere and it’s twilight .....haha, you handled that well
Ha ha just like a scene from Twilight
I'm with you!!!!!! You did the right thing!!!!!
Thanks Julia 😊
@@JourneyUnknown you're welcome
We want other normal video like this ☺️☺️
Plenty more videos to come!
Thanks so much Acadian, that’s nice to hear. I’m glad I left but I’ll be more prepared next time. Thanks for watching.
I would have got myself home as well lol. I would be stressing out my head. Strange place to be on your own. Always trust your gut
That’s it, I wouldn’t have got any sleep or enjoyed the experience so best to go.
love camping when theres no one else
Yes if it is bothering you then go, so you feel better. Always trust your instincts. You do what you need to do.
Thanks so much and for watching!
Just listen to your instincts.
💯
Wow, I would of never stayed there either. Especially when no one else was there. Noway. It's just not safe for a woman to be there all alone. You did the right thing by leaving. I really enjoyed your video and your sense of humor throughout your whole experience. 😀
Ohh thanks so much Janet! So glad u liked the video and my style. It’s hard to be entertaining in a situation like that or to even get the camera out, that’s why I didn’t film packing up.
😂 You stayed longer than I would have! As soon as the sun started going down and NO ONE else showed up. I would have been 🏃🏾♀️💨💨
Ha ha ha yeah that pretty much was me! I couldn’t even finish my dinner! Thanks for watching!
@@JourneyUnknown NP!
I live in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee in the US I'm an old man now. Always listen to your inner voice if you don't feel right then leave
Thanks very much Bobby. Thanks for watching.
Hello great video. New subscriber to yall videos. I understand its cool i don't blame you.
Welcome Jeb! Thanks for watching & subscribing!
Im proud of u .that was scary by urself.i got scared for u too.I think u were smart n leaving.good job.thinking smart n safty FIRST...
Thanks so much Deborah!
The lights, bring bugs, and wild pigs too, cooking will bring creatures 💯🇦🇺👣💯👍
True 👍
Kudos to you for a bold adventure. I would get a big dog and bear spray. Mare S.
Thank you. We have a dog but you can't take dogs to National Parks in most of Australia and you can forget bear spray down here... the only thing close are Koala Bears!
Heck no!!! I would have never stayed there alone. Always go with your gut, who cares about the money. Good for you.
Thanks so much. I’ll try again some day. 😀
ALWAYS no MATTER what go with your gut feelings🙏👍
Thanks Juan!!
Ha ha ha sounds like you have every scenario covered!
So glad you made the decision to leave! Definitely the wisest decision in the circumstance.
Thank you Donna!
When camping by yourself always camp at a caravan park safest option
Thank you Dyna
You have to follow your instincts. Camping is supposed to be fun and relaxing. Just quick question do you have a version of bear spray in Australia?
Do not look forward in fear to the changes in life, rather look to them with full hope that as they arise.
Nice!
Those sites in Kinglake, Mt Disappointment etc as straight up weird. Proper serial killer vibes... I'm not even kidding..Go go to Murrundindi, you'll feel more comfortable..
What’s Mt Disappointment like?
I try to never go to the wild without my buddies smith and Wesson with his side kick taurus
Ha ha ha thanks mate
Follow your instincts. good choice.
Thank u!
I'm glad you left. I would have too. ☺
Thank you 🙏
God gave us a sixth sense that we need to listen to more often. There's nothing wrong with what you did, and I think you probably did the right thing by listening to your inner voice telling you to leave.
Thanks so much Curt and thanks for watching!
In this day and age, no woman or man should be out solo camping without some sort of protection. Bear spray, taser, pistol. Glad you followed your gut! Be safe.
Thank you 🙏
Good for you! Trust your gut!
Thanks so much Charlotte! I’ll definitely try again.
If you don't feel comfortable , then just do what you have to do and follow your gut instinct .
Thanks so much Gillian
i think you lasted longer than most people haha , and FYI i wouldnt go swimming down the beach if i was the only one down there either , i think its a statistic thing the more people around the less likely something bad will happen to you 😁
Ha ha thanks Greg & Leanne. Which beach are you talking about by the way?
@@JourneyUnknown oh we meant any beach lol 🤣
