How to lift a pick up truck and put on jack stands?

Wouldn't it be less stress on the axle to lift left / right sides separately vs from the middle?

I used a floor jack, bending over. I now have major back strain. Whe way you're lifting it, by not bending you back, is a better way.

Have always lifted by axles, center diff, a little offest like you did or under spring saddle. All depending on what I'm tryingvto do.

Floor jacks are rated for using both at the same time. 6ton means each one is only rated for 3ton.
