Great TBR! I loved The Book Thief, and the audiobook was really good! I’m hoping to read Homegoing before the year ends, so I look forward to hearing your thoughts if you get to that one! For August I’m hoping to read Stone Blind, Love and Other Words, Parable of the Talents, Pachinko (curious about your thoughts on that one haha), and currently working through Oathbringer 😊

Just finished Brotherless Night a couple weeks ago and am glad I read it . Haven’t read Homegoing , but I read Transcendent Kingdom and thought it was excellent. Read The Book Thief years ago and still remember it , which doesn’t happen w me unless it’s good . 📖🪱💚

Homegoing will mark you like no other book. I have yet to meet anyone who has said a negative comment/review on the book.

Brotherless Night is a good but painful book. A lot of sadness and tragedy. Yaa Gyasi seems to be a crowd favorite!
