hong kong diaries // hiking victoria peak, ten thousand buddhas, eating at hotel restaurants

i managed to check two tourist must-dos off my list: ten thousand buddhas monastery and victoria peak. if you're visiting hong kong or have just moved here, i highly recommend hitting those two spots asap. they're well worth it.
i've been trying to eat all sorts of things in the city, being told constantly that the food here is incredible. i can't lie. chinese food isn't my favorite. that said, i like restaurant hopping and surprising myself with all kinds of good eats.
