Today were are taking a look at this game and if you should back it!
OrcQuest Warpath: Resurected is this same game as OrcQuest Warpath, but just published by a new company and for a different price.
You might have already got a general feeling about this game.
We will give you our honest opinion.
OrcQuest Warpath brings some new elements to the dungeon crawling world. But is it enought to stand out in an already crowded dungeon crawling market?

You say the ship has sailed on this type of board gaming and I say it has only sailed for those that didnt get back on that ship! For some of us this is still a fun way to play. I own and still play games like HeroQuest, Warhammer Quest, Zombicied and more (even sci-fi versions) and still love the simple door kicking dungeon crawlers!!! It's why these type of games still exist!!!!
We were heavely invested in Zombicide 2nd edition and own allmost all of the BP GH EN WB zombicides and expansions. We went allin on Massive Darknes 2. And we like the games to, but the good old day's where it was new. That has saild, its more a feeling of nostalgia, there are already allot of great games in the dungeoncrawling jeanre. You don't need to go back to the good old days.
Your complaint concerning the need for expansions in order to have replay-ability just doesn't make sense in this case. That is a valid criticism for a retail-released game. In this case, anyone who gets the game will get all the expansions. Effectively, this release is all one big game. They call the second box "expansions," but are they really? Not when everybody who gets the game is also getting them. Not in my view, anyway.
Yes you have a point. But i don't know if its posible to play with multiple expansions at once. And thus call it one big game.
What would you say is a good and innovative dungeon crawler alternative for someone who already has one or two of this style of games?
In my case, I have Zombicide Black Plague and some of the Adventure System games (Castle Ravenloft and such), and was considering backing this one.
Wel sort of like zombicide but more variation is massive Darkness but chronicals of Drunagar is an option but its not in retail
Backed for a $1 until pledge manager. Got Marvel United Multiverse coming up. And still have the debate if I want to back solo rules for Monolith Gotham City Chronicles

I played the original Zombicide and I can tell you the the battle system is not the same at all. I’m still on the fence with this one but I’m leaning to backing it.
We just belive the artwork has its paralels with zombicide. The combat has nothing to do with zombicide. But it is not innovating. It uses systems of other games.
@@1D6nl Except in Star Saga which have almost the same combat system, may you tell me with games use it ?
Why compare the gameplay of Zombicide and OrcQuest as same? they are 2 different game experiences. I think you didn't take enough time to get it. For exemple, you're wrong with the dice system.

@@1D6nl so, i don't understand why you said "if you have Zombicide all figure out and need something else: bail". And the Artwork are not the same; except if you talk about Zombicide Invader, because OrcQuest is more "Adrian Smith"s style" than Guitton's style. The first is dark style, the second is cartoon style.
