Yeah there's nothing to feel sorry for, she did a great job and the musical was going to die anyway. She's happy and LBB is happy. LBB is the original, one and only Elle so everyone will be compared to her but I would consider even comparison to be flattery in this case.
I think that if she had come before LBB, people would like her more. Bailey’s voice is more traditionally girly, and what I would except Reese’s Elle to sound like if she sang. Bailey is stellar and definitely made Elle her own, but Laura’s voice is so unique and identifiable, it’s hard for fans to differentiate her specific style from the role of Elle in general

i love LBB's interpretation but i think bailey did just as well, just in completely different styles. LBB's interpretation of the character is focused on Elle's strong personality and it's reflected in her performance. Meanwhile, I think Bailey's interpretation reflects more of Elle's feminine personality which is something every character in the story focused on. It actually reminds me of Sharpay Evans character in high school musical lol I think she'd make a great Sharpay. They both really did well~

I see plenty of people saying how Laura Bell Bundy is so much better (pun intended) than Bailey, but I honestly prefer Bailey because of nostalgia. Laura’s singing is better, but in every other way I prefer Bailey.
I know that Laura will always be the best Elle (on Broadway) but I really like Bailey tok and people should stop saying that she isn't as good as Laura. They played Elle differently and most people preferred Laura's interpretation of Elle but that doesn't mean that Bailey wasn't good.

So, i love, love legally blonde. And i adore Elle Woods. Like everyone, i have my favourite, but, im not here to compare. Ive seen many elle woods, but, never, one as boring as this one. Bailey's voice is honestly too nasal for this, and she doesnt change up the tone in any way throughout the song. it makes it extremely boring. If you see a video of her acting it out, you'd find something. She lacks energy. Its almost as if she hated this precious song. This song needs to have energy, and to be fun, and exciting. This girl honestly makes me want to fall asleep, but not listening to her awful singing (ive been in singing lessons since i was 11, and i may say that her singing is not only weak, boring, but also, simply bad. Her voice isnt pretty.) To me, she plays an annoying Elle, which isnt the character. Everyone has their interpretations, i connect more or less with them, but, the same way that On my Own, from les mis, is a dramatic song, yet everyone does it differently, So Much Better is a happy song. and also, a song to see who's a good Elle and who isnt. To be honest, Bailey, as an artist, makes me sick. And dont get me started on her personal life. This girl honestly makes me want to fall asleep, but not listening to her awful singing (ive been in singing lessons since i was 11, and i may say that her singing is not only weak, boring, but also, simply bad. Her voice isnt pretty.) To me, she plays an annoying Elle, which isnt the character. Everyone has their interpretations, i connect more or less with them, but, the same way that On my Own, from les mis, is a dramatic song, yet everyone does it differently, So Much Better is a happy song. and also, a song to see who's a good Elle and who isnt. To be honest, Bailey, as an artist, makes me sick. And dont get me started on her personal life. Im so happy shes gotten away from Elle, to give the possibility to way more talented and better artists.
they clearly changed the key. lbb voice was under a lot of stress of doing that every night that I guess they decided to lower the key
