yes brother exactly i have connected the connectors of both fans and the cpu pumb in the controller and the wire in controller to the motherboard

No it doesn't have any controller it has a reset wire which is to be connected to the motherboard after which you may change the effects through reset button

it's simple just connect the Case reset cable to AIO Cooler reset socket in the controller
