    Thank you for this video. Wow David, you have great foot mobility! I often tell people that foot mobility and feeling your feet are very important for healthy aging. I know a few people with peripheral neuropathy and witnessed first hand the kinds of health issues that can arise if we don't take care of our feet. Woohoo, the self-foot massage felt GREAT (albeit a little painful in spots)!
