Freddie wrote this song for her as he admired her after hearing her sing in the Royal Albert Hall in London she was not well known out side of opera he wanted the world to see her talent as it says in the song, he wrote the song as an account of them meting, first meting was for a coffee in Barcelona, as he said meting her took his breath away, Freddie admired her and she was a big fan of his and admired him.
