Mew confronting Top in his room in the middle of seducing him was NOT the plot twist I was expecting. WOW!! Absolutely STUNNED by Book's acting in this episode.

I love Mew jumping to the conclusion that Boston and Top were laughing and making fun of him behind his back because when you're betrayed you feel so foolish, and it feels like everyone can see and judge you for it. Such great characterization in this part, and Book slayed 💕
Sadly that did happen. Boston mocked about Mew being inexperienced while with Top, and he didnt defend him. Probably Mew knew about their secret encounters all along, he just didn't have proof to confront Top. In last week's episode Mew called Boston to tell him he finally agreed to do it when it was clear that they had already done it by then. Mew got some tactics up his sleeve.
@@afrahf9010 I'm not sure you're right that they'd had penetrative sex before, I think that's what Mew was referring to in the call last ep, and I believe him. He says in this aprt that he's upset he had to find out about it right after giving Top "everything" which is usually coded for virginity. But you are definitely right about Boston mocking Mew behind Mew's back; Top didn't defend him but he didn't join in, so it's not what it sounds like Mew is imagining but it is still a good point!

The build up of that confrontation scene between Top and Mew was chef's kiss. I gotta commend Book's acting because he surely delivered a great performance in this episode.
10/10 directing, writing, realism, everything about this episode. We love the vulnerability that Mew isn't scared to show, even after he already got Top in the most clever way with that voice clip. It proved he never was the 'idiot virgin' Top made him feel like he was. Not to mention Ray's extremely well delivered although toxic as fuck speech at the bar. 😭 I can't support ruining your friend's birthday and dragging in every other unsuspecting couple into the drama, but I feel his dilemma so hard. Chefs kiss w/ this episode. 💋
Can we stop for a moment and commend Book in his phenomenal acting in this scene? He really gave depth in Mew's character, his acting was on point - trying to be cool and totally losing it all. The rage and betrayal, the sadness, everything was felt from him to the viewers.
Someone hand him the best actor trophy!

I was honestly scared when I saw Mew's expression for the next episode teaser. He may have an innocent look but he's a hidden villain. Can't imagine that he already knew everything but pretended to be dumb and even hit Ray. And the way he confront Top, he let him feel good first before throwing a bomb. He's definitely a genius
The look that Mew gave for the next episode screamed "A playa is born"

Mew is a damn genius. The way he led Top on just to play the clip as things started to get hot and heavy. And the look on Top's face was priceless. He knew he screwed up. However I do think he genuinely loves Mew at this point and regrets what he did. Mew is 100% going to be on that revenge shit next week and I am here for it. Book is a fantastic actor and stole the show this episode so I can't wait to see how he plays things going forward. I feel for Nick but honestly he knows Boston is trash but keeps going back to him. As for SandRay, I fully support them being endgame. They've had a rocky time so far but I really hope they can figure things out together. Sand is already there. Ray just needs to get it together and move on from Mew who clearly isn't interested.

Book is an amazing young actor. He has come a long way since Enchanté. From being the born comedian in ABAAB to a gentle then wily and furious Mew in this episode, he has displayed the breadth of his acting ability. The scriptwriter deserves much praise for crafting the whole episode, building a crescendo to the moment when Top's house of cards collapses in a heap. It helps, of course, that the series also features some of GMMTV's best actors: First, Khaotung, Force and Neo, to name but a few.
Book's acting is so satisfying, the way he acted Mew's confrontation towards Top is just so👌

Lets not gloss over the fact that Sand knew exactly what he was doing when he showed Ray that sound clip. He made a clever and calculated move to take out Top and he did it at the expense of Ray. It adds more depth to Sand's character for me personally though. Hes not a perfect little angel and he got the revenge he wanted in a way.

This is exactly how I saw the situation. I think Sand also threw Nick under the bus but Nick did do the wrong thing by recording Boston but Boston is messing with him so much by just telling him what he wants to hear, so Boston got what he deserved 🤷♀️
He definitely knew what he was doing, I dont think he calculated how much having that information was gonna affect Ray tho.

BUT! It was Sand who decided to get revenge on Top, fake his broken phone, lie to Nick to use his phone, and then send the audio clip to himself, and THEN get in their business by sending it to Ray. I still love Sand but I no longer think he's the most moral one of them all; he's just as influenced by his negative emotions as the rest of them, which makes him human.

I'm speechless, phenomenon, stunning and amazing performance of Book. Honestly, "Only Friends" is creating before and after in their actor's careers. When you have a good script, a good director, a good staff, and of course these great actors. The result is this masterpiece. Life is unpredictable, and relationships are more complex than you think. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for giving us this series.
These guys are some of BL’s absolute top acting talent and I especially loved Mew’s sneaky big reveal to Top. I was so excited when I realised what was about to happen to Top, it was perfection!!!
I love Sand and Ray. Boston is good at telling everyone's business but his own BUT Ray took it to a whole other level. He did a group hit, spilled the tea on everyone. Mew was so perfect in the way he busted Top, didn't see that coming.

I JUST PAUSED THE VIDEO AND PACED THE ROOM WITH MY MOUTH WIDE OPEN, CLUTCHING MY HEAD FOR A SOLID 7 MINS LIKE JESUS CHRIST THIS MAN REALLY SET ALL THAT UP AFTER EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED HE WAITED FOR THE RIGHT MOMENT and he could've just stormed off from the club the minute Ray told him about Top-Boston BUT NO HE REALLY WENT OUT THERE AS IF NOTHING HAD CHANGED AND PENNED THE SCREENPLAY FOR WHAT'S ABOUT TO GO DOWN sheeeeeeeeeeesh 😈😈😈😈😈😈 (for all the people who called his character 'boring', this scene was written for you 🤡)

He even lied to Ray about not caring about Top/Ton making him believe he is so naive. What am I saying!? He even punched Ray to prevent him from saying the truth so he could play the game with Top. Otherwise I dont understand why Ray made that speech and felt so betrayed, even after giving Mew the record. I mean, pscho Mew played his "best friend", the sensitive close-to-the-edge Ray.

No doubt now, Mew is the best written character here. You can't hate him and yet you don't pity him. He just know himself so much that he knows how to handle situation like this. He can manage it on his own, he doesn't need anyones help. ❤

Wow! The way Mew confronts Top was brilliantly done! Book did a spectacular job portraying all the emotions of betrayal while remaining in control of his anger. Bravo!
Ok, gotta admit I wasn't expecting Mew to be THAT vicious XD I get it when he said "I like the sound you make when you have sex". Finally karma reached Top and it hits hard. And Ray's outburst is even more understandable. He saw Mew not reacting so he just snaped I suppose. And 100% him or Sand will have accident. And I hope Sand will accept Ray's excuses for what he said (because Ray is someone that do excuses actually)
Cheum and April should actually thank Ray though. In a way, his spilling forced them to communicate on a thing that could have done a lot of damage in left untold. I admit it's not the best method but it worked.
I would say Boston seems a bit remorseful buuut I say the teaser for next episode so maybe not. Btw, Am I the only one that thought "this is the begining of evil Mew" for the last image in the bathroom ?

The TopMew confrontation got me tearing up. I've been there before and I blamed myself from the way I walk , talk, look even up to the air I breath. This scene was so realistic and well portrayed. I love ONLY FRIENDS.
book delivers mew's emotions incredibly perfect. I love how his visual expression change, I basically love everything about his act❤
It's so real When Mew keeps asking if they agreed to deceive him, if they laughed at him for being a virgin, when he keeps asking what he had to do during sex to please. Because when we are betrayed it always crosses our minds, that we are not good enough and that is why the other person betrayed us. Congratulations to the screenwriter for this very real dialogue and also to Force and Book for the scene, it is very beautiful to see how much they have evolved since Enchanté.

Top and Mew’s scene was so intensed. I teared up at the end. The tear unknowingly dropped when I saw Top with tears. At this point I do believe he really fell in love with Mew. Also, Ray telling Sand off was painful to watch. Despite all this, Sand still followed Ray. This shows Sand is indeed a decent human

Sand face when Ray pushed him and said "do i need to pay you whore" that really hurt him so much and The fact that Ray said all sorts of awful things to him but Sand still followed him to make sure he was alright, Sand he's the best thing ever happened to Ray.
I appreciate the fact that Mew despite knowing everything he didn't humiliate Top Infront of everyone and he stayed calm the entire time until they were alone and the entire confrontation he was looking at Top in the eyes that was well executed Book has really upgraded a lot in terms of acting from goofy Cher to Mew that isn't easy and he nailed it 👏

I hope he realizes that Sand is good for him, and to leave Mew alone. Let Top have Mew. I am disappointed in Mew, and how he basically was going to toss his friendship aside for Top. I hope Ray takes care of Sand now, and Mew can have another friend take care of him.

Mew is actually a very layered character, I feel we haven't seen everything from him yet. The way he was able to act so loving towards Top while he already knew he cheated on him. Can't even predict how this show will end.

The character of mew was the one I fell in love with the most. He has his own boundaries, he knows what he wants, he knows the consequences of what he does and he is kind at the same time. Now it is going to be interesting to further see what Mew is going to do !!

I had to replay the scene over and over as I didn’t see it coming. Mew planned the perfect timing to bust out Top. When he said he loves the sound Top makes during sex, I’m like, does he know something, and bam he plays the recording. The look on Top’s face and the feeling of betrayal for Mew made the scene so good. Book definitely stole the show in this episode and his acting was so good

Sand actually feels ray's pain, since ray said his mother died by alcohol and he was an unwanted child. Same as sand case, the different only sand's mother totally loves him so much. Unfortunatelly ray gets friend like boston that givinghim a bad attitude and habit.

& forcebooks acting suits this series sm I think more serious drama type series really bring out their talent books acting in this ep was amazingggg and forces facial expressions when he got confronted were so good it seemed so real I was so surprised compared to their other series together this is 10 steps ahead compared to those I hope they do more like this in the future
Actually, Top didn't intend to cheat on Mew when he was dating Mew, but Boston trapped him and provoked him and took advantage of his jealousy to get Top back to him. He also slandered Mew, who was his best friend itself, by saying he was only playing with Top because Mew and Ray loved each other. Ton is very evil and nasty
At the end Ray cares for Mew but only Sand cares for him in true sense. Mew told him to take a cab or tell Boston to drive him but it's Sand who even fought to drive him safely though failed 😢 it's Sand who really is there for Ray in true sense not in words

I was so shook by that absolute powerplay Mew put on although he burst into tears eventually, i dont think Top even deserves to see how deeply this affected Mew. I really hope Mew doesn't take top back. All the emotional scenes in this episode were acted out beautifully, i really hope we can see this level of acting next week🙏

So far i hadn't really been all that interested in their storyline and that frustrated me, but seeing this scene of them together made me excited to find out where their story is going, as long as they're given moments to be more than just side characters cheering the main characters on

I can’t wait to see this new side of him that’s gonna come out 👏🏻👏🏻 “What am I supposed to think when I can’t trust any word you say?” His acting is phenomenal I swear, my heart broke for him in that moment, can’t wait to see what’s in store for him! Now give Ray and Sand their happy ending and help Nick find someone worthy of his love, cause Ton isn’t it! (At least in my opinion 🤷🏼♀️)

Holy crap. This episode and that preview trailer got me needing an emotional support Marguerite. Mew toying with Top before revealing that he already knew everything, Ray going off angry and drunk, after pushing Sand down, the trailer with Mew throwing Boston a Sparta kick into a pool, and that look on Mew's face when he raises it to the surface of the bathtub, like he might have just gone full on evil crazy. The actors, director, and writer/s, are on point with this show. It's intense. I love it.

I got so anxious whole watching the club scene. The only friend in that group that doesn’t talk shit about another friend behind their back is Ray. Ray is the only friend I would want from that group and honestly if they don’t fix their shits together, then Ray should rather stay away from that messy group and focus on himself. Anyway what do you need those friends for?? The reason he was drunk tonight was bcuz of the shit he found out about Ton and Top.
