- This amazing Battlepack is a relic of old world Hasbro greatness. It comes out of the Saga Collection from 2007 and coincided with the 30th anniversary of the first Star Wars Film. This BattlePacl commemorated and paid homage to the original Animated Star Wars Clone Wars series back in 2003 done by the legendary Genndy Tartakovsky

These ARC Troopers were an Elite Clone unit named the Muunalinist 10 after spearheading an invasion early in the Clone Wars on the titular planet. I miss when the original clone wars cartoon was the end all-be all for clone wars outside the comics. And how well it tied in with the release of Revenge of the Sith from ‘03-‘05

This is one of my favorite Star Wars moments and most coveted sets including the Sharkmouth LAAT they ride into battle on. I have 100+ clones in my Grand Army of the Republic and growing
The swivel left arms on the ARC troopers really hurt. Other than these new ones that are about to come out, are there any better articulated alternatives?
They truly hurt. This actually is the most definitive versions of the ARC troopers we have until the Walmart wave of 2D Tartakovsky line finally comes to us. There were Target exclusive Order 66 packs of Jedi generals and elite troopers. There were some paint variants of ARC troopers in this set that had elbow joints and were pretty great but they were few and far between. The Saga collection was the best for ARC and trooper variation. We are long overdue because even those ARCs are phase II armor also
I believe the order 66 Target packs are from 2007 and can be found in the secondary market for 50 or so
Does this have a LAAT as shown?
It unfortunately does not. The tigershark LAAT was a Toy R Us exclusive that very year to coincide with the battle pack ! 2006 I believe it was
Why doesn’t hasbro make vehicles anymore? Besides the few expensive vintage collection ones
this is a great question an one that unfortunately doesn't have any logical answer. The few vehicles they release annually not only are priced monumentally higher than years past but the quality in durability and detail in anything beyond TVC is not worth the money. They tried and are still trying to normalize vehicles in The Black Series, which may account for a lot of the focus being taken away, we need to make the return of 375 vehicles the next focus of a online campaign.
Binary Sunset Review yeah I just saw a review for a Star Wars rebels vehicle and it really looked like cheep hollow crap. As much I as I love the vintage collection I don’t understand why just for some retro style cardboard we have to pay so much for stuff that was half the price in the 2000’s. The black series has it’s cool moments but for me it always feels like a novelty. It feels empty. Do you think George Lucas being gone has anything to do with the current state of hasbro ? He knew how important toys were especially vehicles

I collect all Star Wars But mostly focus on Vintage Collection and Black Series figures
