That bit about Zidane, yes - I had a client at my former job who watched them both live and he says Zidane isn't even in his bracket (Zidane i a great player, obviously, I'm just relating what HE said). Iniesta was consistent for club and country *constantly*, Zidane had moments of brilliance but could sometimes disappear. He was right as rain when he said "most people remember Zidane from highlights and that alone."
