Seems like we are building twin projects Victor ! I am also doing a Yamaha XS650 with a very similar concept, only with a Triumph style fuel tank and emblems, yet still trying to stay with the 1960's British-Japanese join venture look ! Hate to be too much of a copycat Victor, but I think I will definitely take advantage of your Kickstarter vendor suggestion ! Keep up the good work ! Looking forward to seeing your progress as your XS650 comes to life !
Thank you my friend for your kind comment. Curiously, before I found the Norton Commando interstate fuel tank, the Triumph fuel tank was also on of my favorites for this project. Thank you my friend for your support. Good luck for your project. :) Cheers.
@@RACER_TV Good hearing from you Victor. While there are a number of Triumph original tanks out there, some are in rather rough shape, and not all aftermarket tanks are created equally ! Was your Triumph tank on the same site as your Norton tank ? Or did you find the Triumph tank on a different source ?
Following the construction by video will become a really interesting series, i'm sure. I already have many questions. Frontlight? Rearlight? Construction of the seat? Possible to create a great seat without cutting the frame? I'm hungry for more... Good luck
Good stuff 👍🏻 quite an ambitious target, to make it look "factory" rather than a shed built special - finish will be critical, but you've got some excellent quality pieces, a clear vision & a superb starting point. Really looking forward to seeing the results. Enjoy the process, Cheers Mate 👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you. I'm glad you liked my friend. :) Cheers.
:) Cheers.

Good hearing from you Victor.
While there are a number of Triumph original tanks out there, some are in rather rough shape, and not all aftermarket tanks are created equally !
Was your Triumph tank on the same site as your Norton tank ?
Or did you find the Triumph tank on a different source ?
That's a good looking tank
Thank you my friend for sharing your opinion. :) Cheers.
Thanks for all the informations . Keep the great content up ✌🏼
You are welcome my friend. My pleasure. Cheers.
xs 650 is my fav motorcycle,..hope i get one soon,...
Sensacional.
Adiante com o projecto.
Obrigado amigo.:) Um abraço.
It seems you really know what youre talking about. Yes, it is very hard to build a custom project, and make it look like something that came from factory. Thank you my friend for sharing your opinion. :) Cheers.
Difícil será esperar pela finalização do projeto. Ansioso para ver a conclusão amigo...
Obrigado amigo pelo apoio :) Um abraço.
Christmas in June...nice!
Lol. Cheers.
