That first disc in the GameCube case is an Action Replay. Certain versions of it also allow you to play imports, I think the ones that have Freeloader on it. That’s what I always used but I think that version goes for like $300 or more these days.
I was thinking about this today, where did all the boxes and manuals go? GBA resale is 90% cartridge only, some CIB, and very rarely a box for sale on its own.
