I couldn’t stop staring at the style of crochet you use. You must definitely have started by knitting English style. Never seen this before. It certainly works, although a little slower.
Thank you for yet another wonderful video, l get mesmerised by your voice, l love listening to you talk, it's so relaxing to me, this shawl is absolutely gorgeous xx
Beautiful and you're an amazing teacher. I'm doing a shawl as well in tonisian, but I'm surelyb going to make this stunning one. I'm a crochet and a knitter and I love tunisian crochet. Have a wonderful day 💞
Out of interest, what size hook does ur yarn recommend compared to what size ur using? I think you said a 6mm in ur first video? ETA - duh lol I've just clicked ur using a thicker yarn for the tutorial (I swear once I hit 40 I started losing my marbles 😂) BUT, do you recommend using the hook size suggested with the yarn or using 1/2 or 1 mm size bigger? I've seen in some vids ppl suggest going up a hook size or 2 as Tunisian can be a bit of a tight tension naturally? Whats ur opinion/suggestion? 😃
Hi Aoibhe, this is absolutely stunning. I am new to Tunisian but attempting to follow along and try this pattern. I have a few questions if I may. Foundation chain of 21, u have added 23, when we make a larger size, should i do multiples of 21 and then 2 extra or multiples of 23? Also post the foundation chain, row 1 and 2 gets repeated or does it move down in a desecding pattern in rows , downwards to 4 simple TS to 3 etc. Thank you for the guidance
Hi, Shivani! These videos aren't designed as a stand alone video pattern, they're a guide to accompany the written pattern. Have you got a copy of that? All the bits not covered in the videos are covered at length in the text. If you'd like a copy, you can click here: yarntowers.com/product/lasa/ I hope this helps, and thanks for watching!
