  • FrSky Ethos: Fantastic Flight Modes! O-20 Series E8
The power of Ethos goes to full steroids when we talk about flight modes. With flight modes you can have different trims for different parts of your flight. In this episode we do a simple 3 flight mode setup ‘-
    Flight Mode 1 -Take Off
    Flight Mode 2 Cruising
    Flight Mode 3 Landing.
Its easy to understand. But, we push the envelope a bit by having different flap settings for each flight mode. This is informative and will make you want to get to the field to try it out!
The O-20 Series is a 20 part series on the FrSky Ethos based transmitter. Instead of a random series of videos not tied together with any common theme, this is my attempt to make one very long series of short videos with one theme, taking you from total Ethos novice to comfortably moving around inside of Ethos . We’re going to help you setup your transmitter we’re going to setup a high wing plane. This is exactly how I would build the file, from start to finish. We’re going to cover every topic along the way so that you’ll be able to put your flaps down without having your plane balloon up during flight. You are going to learn the power of Ethos by assigning flight modes that allow you to save your trims for each flight mode. You’ll learn how to setup flaps, landing gear, assign you channels to switches, and have the voices call out what each switch does.
These videos are taught in Ethos 1.5.x. Ethos has changed a bit and I felt it was time to update the video library. If you take the time to watch this series you’ll be ready to get the most out of Ethos.

Frank, you can, it's a bit difficult. It goes into the .x20s folder if you're in windows. It will get a lot easier by the end of the year.
