The song was originally written by Scottish Singer-Songwriter Dougie MacLean, and later "The Gael" was later adapted by Trevor Jones as the Main Theme for The Last of the Mohicans.

Ahhh!!! De muitos tempos donde sentava, na reclusão de minha sala de banho, sob uma ducha e deixava a água escorrer. O chorro era como um grito e abafado... pelas gotas que escorriam e a música que vinha d'outro lado. As lágrimas percorriam a extensão das linhas de meu sorriso... e sorria. Sorria revendo o quanto era eu privilegiada por ver o mundo, numa pequena gota de orvalho. Estas gotinhas levam-me ao todo, em especial ao sonho junto a minha glamorosa lua cheia e meu radiante sol... e sinto a energia invadindo-me inteira. E a gota da chuva traz-me a calada canção... revivendo outra vez.
Ahhh!!! Donde no despertar da madrugada vou-me a varanda e vejo o dia renascer e a magnifica esfera violeta bailando sob minha visão e da câmera. Esta que em muito está: em meu colo, em meu peito, em meus ouvidos e minha fronte gerando vida. Se sentires a vida, do meio e você, saberás o que é "Amar seu próximo como a sí mesmo.'

I am an Indian, I do not understand a bit of Native language, I have listen the song in different form and from different artists, I might have listen "The Last of Mohicans" thousand times in different forms, every time I listen tears rolls down my eyes without my knowledge, I donot know why I am so much emotionally attached to the song. Cannot resist myself hearing the song again and again. Million of thanks for gifting us such a immortal song.

Sally F Although very beautiful this is not Native American music. The song is called The Gael meaning The Kiss. It is a Scottish love song written by Dougie McLean in 1990.
The Gael means the Gaelic people of Scotland and Ireland .Dougie McLean wrote it for the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre in Scotland as a commission. In it he imagined the ancient people who lived around Loch Ness and their relationship and beliefs in the monster (Nessie) and their mythology. Actually the people who lived there at the time were Picts not Gaels so it perhaps should have been called "The Pict"

THOSE YET TO COME:
The most painful time for the life is when it passes through the transition of from one level to another. I can imagine when life was at hunter-gathered level and transitioning into nomadic must have been painful. People who lived as hunter-gathered for hundreds and thousands of years now moving into new level - completely unknown territory. There must have been disagreement between them to do so or not but it was time which eventually won and few people took the courage to moved out, must be terrifying for many who were on move. Very recently we have seen such a painful time when life transitioned from agrarian to industrial, it was European who suffered first but rest of the people passed through that transition relatively easily. Now life is again at the verge of to pass through another transition from industrial to celestial, still not yet completely unfold who will be first to suffer and scarify to those will join later...my salute to those will be suffering and scarifying their lives for those yet to come.
