Liam, your riff is outstanding. Been hearing it for years and never tire of it. It's a catchy little diddy. It's like the great Keith Richard said at one time : "Solos come and go. A riff lasts forever." End quote. So, your jingle riff sure seems to have longevity. I'd say it's up there with some of the pasts great (may they rest in peace) harmonica players riffs. Historical. 😊.
I never thought to ask for this lick, but so grateful my fellow enthusiasts had. You know what you have to do now, right? Keep coming up with more licks like this. You should do like a dozen, then bundle them as a paid perk. I'd purchase a bundle of quality improv licks from ya!
Discovery Bay California. You make these videos easy to learn I like how you put the tabs up a little at a time by the end playing along with you I had it memorized ready to practice never even needed to write it down or screenshot it. Thank you
So, I went to the local music store today and bought two new special 20's, in the keys of Bb and D. The Bb harmonica is the first special 20 I've had where it seems to be setup pretty well out of the box, but the D has a VERY temperamental 4 draw bend. If bent slightly too far it shoots back up in pitch like I'm not in a bent position. This isn't the case with any of my other harps. The reeds look fine. Am I just a noob, or is this a known thing on a key of D 4 draw bend? To make it clear, I can hit the bent note, but I just have to be WAY more precise with how I approach it than any of my other special 20s. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Hi Triasis Ghosh, you don't need to change your mouth shape. If a U-block works for you, that's fine :) Here's a bit more info for you: th-cam.com/video/_caU5yFJVmo/w-d-xo.html. Cheers. Liam
@@Learntheharmonica I sometimes feel that toungue blocking is making me slow in hole to hole transition. How to solve this? Btw thanks sir...for guiding me right

I use tongue blocking by rolling tounge as U. Should I Change to lip blocking? I am a very beginner.
