game will pick back up as soon as repair comes in. we get pyro, we got fighting and new stuff to see. pop in repair and now you need salvaged material and mining to keep your ships running. and you need medical to stay healthy. and with the vast distances you will also need fuel so .
medical is already turned into respawning, i dont recall if the starfarer still works or not but repair would be the main issue tho the stations could repair some.

Pyro is feudal, each gang has rules it enforces in its territory, no over arching gov just warlords who control territory
when you are saying breed yourself out idk about hybrid aliens . My first thought would be your descendants moved to another system. so even if you couldnt manage to leave a hostile system you could eventually transfer everything over and start again.
problem with the defender is there is no merchantman skins. so even if you get a defender skin it wont match the merchantman anyway if you plan to use them together and the banu ships have a green power source so it clashes.
if they lock you to one decal maybe but if its a custom decal system like armored core you dont know the vault you are opening. people wont need no skins unless they cap the decal system.
from what i recall with the saber they said the next was the one you wanted. to me that says same as intel but if they changed it eh

My bet is that CIG will delay the new non-combat gameplay like farming from reaching Stanton to push people to try Pyro. Reading across content creator channels, commenters write that they're against combat and PvP but pigeon-hole Pyro as being all about combat and PvP and so won't be going. If people follow-through, CIG faces having spent years building a new system that perhaps just one fifth of players frequent or even visit. Won't be going personally regardless of gameplay. For me, the reason is the fundamental point that Pyro features and promotes activities and ways of being that go against God, basics like don't covet, don't kill, don't steal.
