Then, there is this guy, in the corridor of a shopping mall, I'm believing in the U.K., who sits down at an upright piano, and begins to pound out these wonderful boogie examples, He even invites shoppers to join in with him, with four hands at the keyboard. His piano boogie sessions are usually found posted on FACEBOOK.
I think there is no video of yours that I havent seen. Following you since 2009 or so. You are probably my favourite pianist alive. I can’t believe I only came across this video now.. You posted your Swanee Boogie Woofie video 14 years ago. For 14 years Ive been watching it. At least 2 times a month, this is hard to believe but not a joke. I’ve ALWAYS wanted to learn but patience has always been my kryptonite my whole life. Ive been in Construction years now and stuff like this I just don’t have time for, all I do is work. It’s crazy to think I’m turning 26 soon and the first time I watched that video I was 11 or 12. I don’t think you’ll ever read this but how long does it take to learn it? Or even this style of playing? I’ve been trying new things lately. Cutting out all my overtime for work instead of working 10-12 hour days and weekends. Im going down to 8 hours and just weekdays. My family and doctor begged me too and because of health and stress at such a young age I finally am going to listen. Im going to put a lot of time to learning the piano again. You inspire me to do it. Crazy to think that I’ve never subscribed either after all this time! This is long but just want to let you know Ive been watching you for 14 years, Aloha 🤙🏽
