I love making these at home! I love that you are recreating restaurant recipes! Just a friendly fyi, Chili's uses flour tortillas as the egg roll wrapper. I'm sure it's just as delicious with a traditional egg roll wrapper though.

I understand this is a copycat recipe, but I feel the avocado ranch dipping sauce was even more simple to make because it was just Avocado, Ranch dressing and lime juice, that's it. And it's good with anything considered "Taco Night" at your house. These are one of, if not THE best menu item.

I love going to Chili's just to get Southwest egg rolls when I watched you make these about a year ago I have been making them myself ever since I have not set foot back in Chili's because for the price I pay for to get two egg rolls from them I literally can make a whole batch for the family at home this is so simple so convenient I love them. And I love how they're so versatile you can put your own twist in them
Never had them from Chili's (it's been a minute since I've been), but these look incredible. I am 100% making these right after the next grocery trip. You snapped as usual.
For me, the only thing this is missing is cumin in the chicken veggie mixture. Pro tip for making them extra crispy. Double fry them. First fry at around 325 until just starting to brown. Let drain on wire rack for about 3-5 minutes. Then second fry at 350-375 until deep golden brown. Crispiest egg rolls you'll ever have.
My husband wanted these after seeing your video, so I made some today and let me just say that this goes on my top 5 most tastiest things I've ever made, they were so damn good my whole family enjoyed them, I even made the dipping sauce.
