Similar principle as here from this video: th-cam.com/video/HJa6Ik6xmiU/w-d-xo.html. I made the turntable out of a wooden disc that sits on a bicycle hub. The horn is a plastic bottle with a screw-on lid as soundbox and a needle as pickup.
I've built similar things to this and the main problem is getting the rotation constant so you don't get the wow and flutter. Adding a heavy flywheel is probably the best easy solution, but even that is not likely to be perfect

You should add a flywheel so it's not hard to hold the speed. However, it'll be harder to start.
It doesn't matter, I love it when the speed wobbles on this gramophone🙂
