    Thanks for sharing valuable inputs and sharing your real experiences and manage them within the limit of Rent Control Act. Very informative video and too precise.
    Can you pls let me know, is there any clause/clauses mentioned in Rent Act that Brokerage/commission to be compulsory paid by the tenant /Lessee every time during renewal of the rent agreement to Broker and what if the tenant don't want to pay or include the clause in renewal agreement with the owner.
    Secondly, wear and tear due to natural can be mandate in renewal or fresh agreement with the owner. If owner not accept, what is the best way to negotiate.
    Govt. Taxes, maintenance charges, non-maintenance charges how do we ensure that it is mentioned in the agreement like are they mandate in rent agreement and to be borne by the owner.
    Please clarify on these points. Thanks in advance.

    I think, to resolve the security deposit refund issue, it is better to take post dated cheque of 11 month later date of account of house owner. And mentioned it, in the rent agreement. So, if house owner’s can also be equally liable. If cheque get fail, then one can do case, and it non-bailable offence.

    Thanks Nitin ji, Very helpful. Before negotiating a deal, how can we ensure that owner cannot ask us to leave by giving one month notice? As we live in joint family, it will be difficult for us to search a different house as per our requirement in short period

    There should be a common formet for rent agreement as the typest charges more then rs 100 for the same.any extra thing can be written by hand.also the notari charges must be nominal like rs 20 om

    What to do if a tenant gives half deposit and says will give half in 10-15 days. From which date should the rent agreement be made after complete deposit or when the key is handed over.

    I stay in a stand alone building and not a society corporation ya borwel ka connection nahi hai. Every Two days me builder ka water tank ata hai building ka tank ful karke jata hai. Maintaince and lightbill tenant ka responsibility hai. But Pani ki tank ka zimmedari shayad owner ka hota hai? M i correct? Please reply sir.

    Sir I am buying a flat in which owner is currently living. At the time of negotiating the owner requested that he need 3-4 month to vacate this flat after sale as he is moving out of station. He also agreed to sign rent agreement for the same period. Please suggest is it safe to give the flat to its previous owner on rent.

    sir mujhe plz batayee ki maine rent par room diya hai aur renter mujhse rent agreement, electricity bill mang raha hai GST apply k liye . sir photo copy dene se koi dikaat ho gi kya , ya phir renter miss use kar sakta hai kya.
    sir plz , batayee ki mujhe dena chhahiye ki nahi.

    In rent agreement ..there is witness option? So passport office told that they need any witness of your friend ..so it can be any friend number,address and name or specifically from that place and do they require any voter or adhaar of them also?

    Sir hum jharkhand ka dhanbad me rahte h. Sir hum ek room rent lekar busness kar rhe hai or humhara agreement 3yr ka hai or rent 600 monthly. Abhi mera 3yr ho gaya hai our makanmalik abhi bol rha ki re agreement karne ke liya 1500 rent denehoga nhi to room khali kar de. Sir abhi mujhe kya karna chahiya please suggest me

    Mere papa rent pe ek hostel de rahe hain to unhe samajh Ni a raha Hai ki Kya Kya condition rakhe agreement pe kyunki rent pe lene Wala pehle bola ki 47000 denge pr baad mein woh bolta Hai ki 20000 hi denge use aur do room chahiye toh renter kaha ki main bana deta hu aur Paisa katega usme 25%. Woh kehta Hai ki woh ek organization se juda hua Hai jiska naam DDU-GKY. please reply me sir
