I already know that somebody is using my phone because phone is supposed to be disconnected it says disconnected I did not pay the bill but when I go under mobile data mobile data is being used and it says there was seven more days on my plan but when you call the phone is disconnected. Hello, I have some spy app on my phone which is making my phone run slow and draining my battery but the problem is I can't delete it or deactivate it, anytime I try it takes me back to the home screen, I even tried factory reset and it also took me to the home screen anytime I tap on it. Any help?

I want to remove a bonjour service that recently showed up on my device through inet network scan, called abd, using port 5555, no way in the world to remove it, active 24/7 deleted all apps recently installed but i believe when it was installed with unknown app it installed separately from apps folders. Any ideas on how to remove this upload/download bonjour service to an unknown server? Cannot find the source of server only an external mac address using port 5555

I downloaded undertale on my phone on google from random webiste but when i installed it the game didnt have a name or photo but i pressed install, and then i could not find a game on my home page. But then i saw thatwhen i scaned it in google play it said that that application could be harmful so i uninstalled it. But i never gave any premison like photos,camera or mic to that application and i uninstaled it. Is it gone forever or is it still there on my phone?

Hi, so I'm trying to remive a spyware on my android phone, which I know for a fact but I can't find the app in my phone to uninstall it. Try to reset your phone or go to your settings apps and its the middle then delete
FOA cut internet permission of your device, then from all apps list find that unknown app and uninstall it, it may have no name or icon you have to be very careful. After uninstall you are safe

Help! It's more than just in my phone.
It's embeded deep in my accounts. Any phone I pick up to use ends up overlays or internet conveniently doesn't work right when I want to change account sett8ngs, yet if I switch gears and jump on youtube coincidentally wifi working perfect again. No buffer or anything.
Let it stream while trying to make same account same change as before, and wifi just can't connect all the sudden. Always the same kinds of activities shut down perfectly working wifi. Over & over again.
