Fastest Way To Solo Farm The Resistance Reward Cache On Pier 93 2x By Wave 8 For Classifieds/Exotics

- This video was made during one of my live streams and I thought it might be helpful to those looking for a way to farm classifieds or exotics faster with an almost 85% chance of a good drop. This method takes about 24 minutes to open 2 resistance reward caches by wave 8. This will also provide you with Xp during this 2x field proficiency Cache event , It would be the perfect way to get 2 things done at once. IMPORTANT TIP!
During Wave #4 DATA BREACH you want to make sure you don't open ANY doors until there is 40 seconds left in the wave, this will make it easier to farm shade tech because you will only be fighting in the first room. At 40 seconds open the first door and run to complete the intel breach. After that follow Skillz video as shown and you will be pretty as peaches.

out data breach spawned across the map we opened at 1:30 ran to it and still almost missed the time to stop it before we failed
Unfortunately that would be the opposite effect you'd want while farming. If you "leave one guy left" that means no more ads are spawning and therefore a much lower SHD tech farm during that wave. With my recommendation you will be in a smaller area, allowing you to spawn camp the enemies. This will allow players to farm way more shade tech due to the rapid killing and spawning in the small area, if you were to open the first door you'd create a wider and therefore slower spread of the adds. Not to mention leaving the last guy alive during the INTEL round would mean you capped the intel prematurely and thus stopped the infinite spawn of enemies.
Leaving the last guy alive at the end of every round is smart to get in position or to gather missed shd tech, but it does NOT subsitute for the INTEL wave farming method.
FelixTheCat you are absolutely right, this works like a charm...no doubt about it. But what i actually meant to say was, do the breach as late as possible. And then let the last guy live to gather all the loot. But what you say is much much better...stay indoors..
Great video, might I suggest that you don't block the map when doing tutorials at least. It helps to keep track of your position for the person watching.
You actually dont need to start the data breach at all, go kill until there is 5 sec on the timer and then stand on it. As long as you are standing on the objective when the timer runs out you still complete it.
Great vid. I don't worry about the security breach until like 10 seconds left. Even if it runs out of time. You can finish it as long as you stay on the breach site after the timer is 0. I also don't open storage bay till the end of 7. You can farm wave 5 in that hallway at the end without npc' s flanking. Thanks for sharing skillz!

Forgot to mention , If you really want to farm Just for the Double Field Proficiency Caches mainly Equip some Xp bonus to some gear and when you get to a wave where you can leave 1 or 2 turret enemies alive , at the completion of the wave task, just keep destroying their turret guns instead of killing them. This does give you xp as well and you could in theory do this as long as you could stand.

Just checking in Skillz Great video. I also wanted to say that this does work! Just confirming. I did it both solo and duo. Both ways work great! If your solo just stop at 8 and reset it. I personally go to level 10 in duo's because you can just gather at the heal station and easily defend it verse waves. We sat there till level 18 and finally just died because we realized it's faster to simply hit 10 which is a level 1 & 2 cache plus chest drop so 3 chances at a classified. He said his game used to crash once a week now it’s once a day. You’re right, you KNOW the division 2 future.. if the don’t get to making things better, this will be the end.
If you using showstopper take sawn off shotty as well in the first rounds build up the stacks the switch to your sidearm snotty it one shots..and saves ammo..

Nice vid! I just started resistence a week ago and got tired of teams that wanted to push instead of farm. I'm not hating in the ones who pushed but it was a waste of time for what I was looking to do. Glad I found this as its double the gear in less time.

You can also farm at the top, do not open the 3500 door till round 8 or till you cant keep it up, then you should be able to open 2 resistance chests at the start of round 8
FYI, if you never go near the computer AT ALL, then arrive with 3 seconds left as long as you don't leave the area until its done you wont fail the wave. Unless they patched this last week.
You've got a few ideas I hadn't considered. Thanks. One thing I would recommend. Turn up your dialog volume. I can barely hear you over the game volume at times.
Man your a bad ass. I need to learn how to build my character. This game is so fun but I always seem people that can just melt the npc’s or even other players in pvp and I can never get my build to do that.
Anyone can do it, when making a PVE build keep these things in Mind: Roll Damage to Elites on all gear you can if possible. Roll Enemy Armor Damage as much as you can on all pieces you can. You can also catch purple mods sometimes at vendors with 200 of the stat and 3% damage to elites, 5 of those and you got another 15% damage to elites, add that to the 12% + 16% from gear and you got 43% damage to elites and by doing Enemy Armor Damage on gear WHAM that much more damage to all NPCs. Keep in min Damage to Elites does NOT work on Red/Purple mobs, only Gold and Named.

I completed carrier two days ago on Tier 1 with 4 pc standard nomad and 2 pc standard tactician swapping ammo/heal box and seeker mind. Earned the shield ✌

If your at the data breach at the last 1 second time won't expire, I farm all npcs till last 10 seconds then just sit on machine till it fills up, if time expires but your attached to the machine you won't fail and it will KEEP DOWNLOADING unless you break contact with the machine, can make a easy 3k just farming npcs doing this...bosses I do same and don't finish off till last 30 seconds
Great video I do this almost exactly although I just go up to wave 10 to get the tier 2 cache as there is a chance of a classy or a exotic out of that!
I do this with nomad solo, like 3 or 5 times and I've gotten more classified from those times than any other thing in the game, including legendary missions, heroic incursions, DZ etc.

Thanks for the video and tips. If you just upped your stamina to 6k on your 6pc striker you would get almost 2x the heal and help you out with taking out all those npc's. Just trim down your FA or elec a bit and you'll be go to go.
I have a great firecrest build and let them burn inside the corridor second last door. until end of wave 7. I do one piece with my eyes closed no stress let them burn

resistance is good for farming solo by 15th wave I can open 3x chest... in 2 days almost completed predator mark (still missing holster) cause I miss last GE
What world Tier are you in when doing the resistance solo? Are the NPC's purple or gold?
On 5 tier. Classified Striker 6k Stamina and Predatory on AR.
You make it look so easy, but you have a six piece classified striker and good stam and firearms. Getting to THAT point is the hard part.

Amazing guide, i will have to give it a try, personaly i have been farming carrier 2 man (1 reclaimer and a good dps) we complete wave 10 in under 30 mins for the tier 2 cache and still open 2 reward chests if you milk the objectives for shade tech. But this seems just as good and solo 👍
dont start the breach until there is 10 seconds left. as long as you're on it it will go into overtime and you can farm more enemies.
Staging doors might be a little more efficient tbh, 3 caches by wave 9-10

These videos are great, but they always show you how to farm gear when they have the gear. What about showing us people that don't have the gear to start with how to farm that gear please. I don't have Epic weapons like the house or classified full sets. Thank you.
I have not been getting classified gear from the rewards cache. Same box. But noy classified gear. Ive opened it 3 times sometimes in 1 go and never get the classified gear or exotic. Only been getting dark blues
You shouldn't be getting dark blues out of there. You must still have purples , blues , greens and or grays in your inventory and or stash( only keep classifieds and named pieces like striker , lone-star etc.) . Scrap all of them (the colors i mentioned earlier) and when your higher than level 220 try again.

Nice farm for sure, I usually do it on carrier though. You seem to have a nasty habit of reloading after kills even with other enemies in sight and plenty of ammo to take them out. And for pve I would definitely recommend running at least 6k stamina on a striker build
should of stayed till wave 10 you would get tier 2 for the round and you might get 1 or 2 more from rewards and stay in the small areas like the hall way much better no drones that way
If you did this with a two man team will you each have received two caches? I have run resistance but never opened one of those caches
yes , But I recommend doing this solo. With more people it gets harder and takes more time. The cache will also be more expensive with each player in the game. I tried it with some friends and could barley get one by wave 8. Solo is the way on this one.
you can do this up to full team, just take you to wave 13. Stay in the upper room unless there is data breach.

Yeah, it can work just have high DPS so you can melt them down and get that health on kill
Nomad 6p is waaaaaaay better than striker for resistance farming.
I do this run on 6P Nomad with 5k Stam/8k FP - works a treat, especially if you need to dip into Wave 9 for that 2nd cache unlock. Also, I recommend using Meticulous on a couple of LMGs preferably Hungry Hog+120% mag

U basically stay in the first room til wave 4, then wait til the last 40 sec, open the door for 1250, then stand by the objective and finish the wave, run all the way south (way back) there's a door worth 7500 open that by wave 6, the exotic cache is inside and division tech on the second floor, is a small room only one way in you can farm this til wave 11 (be careful with wave 9) that it.

Jake Millman No, all he needs is Predatory on his guns. Running that means you can face tank a lot more. I run Striker with Predatory and no heals.
3 replies suggesting 3 different builds, on the plus side it's great there's so much much choice and so many builds that do work.
He isn't 6k Stamina either. I would go with 6k Stamina + Predatory on other gun. I have Determined, Ferocious and Destructive on my other M4 and Deadly, Predatory and Responsive on my other M4. 6k Stamina Striker and you can facetank a lot through levels 1 to 10

I guess I’m not killing them fast enough because midway through 8 is when I open it once and I always end up dying shortly after. It sucks you need great gear to farm for great gear guess I need to run underground or DZ until I get better gear to farm this I have 300k dps I thought I could get 2 like you but I can’t

The resistance missions are the 3 missions to the top left of the world map. Pier 93 is one of them.
