    Huell asks the guy a question and gets the reply "I'm just wasting time" ...he stops the gentleman and corrects him... that he's interested... I loved that about Huell... he never saw something as boring, he would always get excited about everything, no matter what it was he was interested to know all about it...
    we need more of that in the world.... :)

    I hope the two musicians who played so well and spoke so knowledgeably are doing well. Another great Huell production.

    What ever happened to the sculptures/statues that were in Pershing Square when Huell filmed this?

    • @MountainFisher
      @MountainFisher 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Most likely they were destroyed by protestors or hopefully removed before Antifa could get to them.

    Speaking of equestrian statues, here's some symbolism about them; if a statue of a horse has both front legs in the air...the rider died in battle, if the horse has one leg in the air...the rider died as a result of battle and if the horse has all four legs on the ground...the rider died of natural causes. Sculpture symbolism found in the New York Public Library Desk Reference.

    y was Otis made a memorial of when he tried to suppress the protest of the Filipinos who did not want to be but were colonized by America?

    Zeus “ravaged her” in the form of a bull. So many taboos here. Lol. He couldn’t woo her with any human endowments, so he decided a bull’s size was just right. I don’t think there was consent. 😂

    30:06 What lady ! When I went to school, in Los Angeles, in the 1960's and 1970's We learned about The United State's, California and Los Angeles history all the way to high school and there in the late seventies we ran into the liberal hippie teachers who were still riding high on anti-American Vietnam protests and traded education for indoctrination. At least she remembered East Lake Park which none of us got to see except for photographs. Damnit, Huell would have been a great Advocate for California and Los Angeles county maybe as a representative or senator. RIP

    LA is so ugly lol. The beautiful art sculptures just look out of place unfortunately. I don’t even think those are there anymore.
