Great_Western 2020 Manual operations are done usually on weekends during quiet periods in open sections only. The line controllers aren’t keen on T/O’s operating manually in tunnel sections as it buggers up the timetables. Again, manual can be done in instances of adverse weather, especially rain as the 92’s don’t perform brilliantly in the wet when coming into stations.
Hehe, I’m returning to London in exactly a month from now, honestly the nostalgia makes me ignore anything that’s wrong(I absolutely don’t see anything wrong istg)
thank U for the London Metro!! потрясное video, все до безумия эстетично, а британский андеграунд-вообще артобьект! незабываемая утренняя прогулка..
Hi are you Ukrainian?
I used to live near Newbury Park 12-11 years ago
The technical word is ATO (Automatic Train Operation) And the Central line has been running ATO since 1999, so it isn't a recent thing.
But sometimes it runs manually incase if it's in the quiet times
I know this comment was 7 years ago lol

@@NoddyMaccy yep, it's true that it doesn't arrive accurately above the surface in wet weather, but they are fast though
I have been on the central line and it is my second favorite

do they brake slower in the outdoor sections? I would guess this is due to wheelslide.
